The staff are accommodating and always smiling. The housekeeping staff cleans every day. When you enter the lobby, you immediately smell a fresh scent. I extended my stay and upgraded my room to De Lize for the second and third call. Good property near BTS and ICON SIAM mall.

It's clean and spacious, and I love how affordable it is! We spent a week there, and I liked the stay; it was comfortable and cozy. I will definitely go back.

I was in Bangkok and after eating on the 8th, I felt it was excellent value for money, so I went for an encore on the 12th. Although the food selection was the same, I had only tried some dishes the first time, and today I made up for what I missed previously.

Our arrival was already very late, but someone was still able to assist us upon check-in. The place is very clean and nice. The location is also very accessible and easy to find. I love that there is a convenience store nearby and many restaurants as well.

We arrived early at the hotel, and Jack at reception was very accommodating and helpful from the start. Although the room was not yet ready, he did his best to assist us and even managed to let us check in about 35 minutes before the official 2PM check-in, which we truly appreciated.
The room was very nice with a lovely river and pool view. The lobby and pool area were relaxing, and my 13-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the pool and slide. We also had a fun night swim during our stay.
Breaktast was decent with both Western and Asian options. The vegetables and waffle corner were nice, though the pasta was a bit dry and the bacon quite hard.
One small disappointment was during breakfast when I politely asked for a bigger table while working briefly as my daughter ate, but was told those were only for families, despite many vacant tables.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Jack and the whole team for the warm hospitality. We would happily return again.

We had a great stay at Aim House Bangkok Hotel. The staff were friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and made for a comfortable home base while exploring Bangkok. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Thank you!
