Hotéis perto de Ocean Adventure, Subic Bay

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive and quick with service. We were allowed to switch rooms when we made a complaint about our initial room. The hotel and room are also great, always clean and very luxurious.

I booked this blindly because I needed a pet-friendly hotel ASAP, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very accommodating. They were honest about the ongoing construction and the pool not being available yet, but the construction in the morning didn’t even bother us. This hotel is fairly new, and we also learned that it’s under the same group as Novotel, which probably explains why the hotel is great and pet-friendly. Harbor Point is also just across the hotel, so dining, groceries, and pharmacies were all within walking distance. I forgot to take photos of the room, but here are some photos of the lobby and the cutesy lamp in the room.

Kuwarto ay maluwag, mukhang bago, maganda ang tanawin sa matataas na palapag. Ang pool ay medyo may lilim, mainit tuwing tag-init, malamig tuwing Disyembre. Ang buffet breakfast ay ayos lang, walang espesyal ngunit sapat na para mabusog ka, karamihan ay mga pagkaing Pilipino, may prutas, gulay, karne, isda at sabaw.

I really love the ambiance, our hotel booked was beachfront and the kids really loved the place! 10/10

Ang staff ay napakabait, at ang lokasyon ay napakaganda dahil nasa tapat lang ito ng Harbor Point Mall. Masarap din ang pagkain sa restaurant ng hotel.

Camayan Beach Resort is a beautiful place. The beach is clean, the rooms are nice, and all the facilities are great for a vacation. It is easily one of the best spots in Subic because of the views and the relaxing vibe. However, the service was very frustrating because the staff gave us mixed signals. We were told we could get a 20% discount for Ocean Adventure, but when we tried to get it, the staff at the park told us to go to the front desk, and the front desk told us to go to the park. No one seemed to have a clear answer. The same thing happened when we tried to get beach towels. The front desk told us to go to the stall behind the lifeguard. When we got to the stall, they told us to go to housekeeping. Then, housekeeping told us to go back to the stall. We spent so much time walking back and forth just because the departments were not talking to each other. The resort is lovely, but the staff really needs better communication.
