Hôtels près de Ocean Adventure, Subic Bay

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était attentif et le service rapide. Nous avons pu changer de chambre après avoir formulé une plainte concernant notre chambre initiale. L'hôtel et la chambre sont également superbes, toujours propres et très luxueux.

Booked this blindly because I needed a pet-friendly hotel ASAP, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very accommodating. They were honest about the ongoing construction and the pool not being available yet, but the construction in the morning didn’t even bother us. This hotel is fairly new, and we also learned that it’s under the same group as Novotel, which probably explains why the hotel is great and pet-friendly. Harbor Point is also just across the hotel, so dining, groceries, and pharmacies were all within walking distance. I forgot to take photos of the room, but here are some photos of the lobby and the cutesy lamp in the room.

Spacious room, looks new, nice view in higher floors. The pool if slightly shaded, warm during summer, cold during December. Breakfast buffet is okay, nothing fancy but good enough to make you full, mostly Filipino dishes, has fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and soup.

I really love the ambiance, our hotel booked was beachfront and the kids really loved the place! 10/10

Camayan Beach Resort is a beautiful place. The beach is clean, the rooms are nice, and all the facilities are great for a vacation. It is easily one of the best spots in Subic because of the views and the relaxing vibe. However, the service was very frustrating because the staff gave us mixed signals. We were told we could get a 20% discount for Ocean Adventure, but when we tried to get it, the staff at the park told us to go to the front desk, and the front desk told us to go to the park. No one seemed to have a clear answer. The same thing happened when we tried to get beach towels. The front desk told us to go to the stall behind the lifeguard. When we got to the stall, they told us to go to housekeeping. Then, housekeeping told us to go back to the stall. We spent so much time walking back and forth just because the departments were not talking to each other. The resort is lovely, but the staff really needs better communication.
