Our guide, Minori, took the time to explain everything to us. She took pictures and answered all our questions. You can tell that she loves what she does; she's very nice!

Had the best time! They gave us a free shot of sake & some free tea/mochi at the end. Staff was friendly & the entertainers did an amazing job. We for sure recommend!

Taku had great English and was lovely to talk to. we were very lucky to be the only people on the tour. He was happy to answer any questions we had and let us explore at our own pace. He explained the history of Meiji Jingu and offered to take photos which was great.

One of the best experiences I had in Tokyo, Japan. Mao, our guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. She showed us the highlights of Shibuya and some hidden spots to help us appreciate the city more. Victoria, her assistant, was also really nice and friendly. We had a great experience with our tour! This guy Naoto is a cool and fun tour guide you can get. If you are a food lover, you’ll like this tour because they will give recommendations on where to eat and a brief history behind every location. They also take good pictures for you. This is highly recommended if you are coming to Shinjuku.

We will could see the bus as the taxi took us to wrong place of meeting point however our tour guide waiting for us to wait to the bus for 15min and do not leave us behind . My daughter and me have a great time except we missed the Fuji mountain as it was not visible .
