Obviamente, o ponto alto foi visitar o majestoso Taj Mahal, mas a viagem foi ainda melhor graças ao nosso guia pessoal em Agra, Imran. Ele foi muito paciente, muito experiente e orgulhoso em partilhar os factos históricos. Além disso, como um grande bónus, ele é um excelente fotógrafo que ajudou a tirar todas as fotos incríveis e memoráveis. Our guide was amazing!!!! Imran (Happiness and prosperity) was the guide. He quickly got us through the lines and watched out for us. He even doubled up as a photographer and a magician! You'll find out what the second part means when you meet him!! The tour company is pretty responsive and will work with you. We booked 1st class, however, there weren't any seats available. So they communicated and we were able to discuss options and figure everything out!

Our guide, Imtiaz Ahmad, took us to recommended photo spots and took many pictures for us. I highly recommend him as the price was also reasonable.

The organizer will message you on WhatsApp (if you have it) as soon as you book. He will update you on all the trip details. The driver arrived earlier than scheduled, and the car was nice and smelled great; everything was hygienic! I was solo, and they gave me two bottles of water. The ride was smooth all the way. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and provides lots of trivia. You can ask questions freely. He really knows his stuff. He will also ask you if you want a professional photographer. Just know that you will take lots of photos, and one photo costs 100 INR. You can choose, but he will try to ask if you want all of them. Next, you’ll go to a handicrafts store selling marble souvenirs; the cheapest is 1000 INR (for a fridge magnet made of marble). There are a lot of nice things, but if you’re on a budget, it’s better to ask the guide to skip it. Also, the restaurant (Lotus Restaurant) where they took me is very good. The Butter Chicken is the best! Overall, highly recommended for a smooth visit to the Taj Mahal.

We had an incredible experience with Mr. Nadeem and driver Vivek on the tour for Taj Mahal! Their knowledge about the history of Taj Mahal, AGRA FORT was impressive, and also the culture as well as the traditions of India..and they made the history come alive with interesting stories. Honestly, I had seen it hundreds of times in photos, but the real thing was completely different. First, that whiteness. When hit by the morning light, it looked faintly pink, and it was amazing how its expression changed with the time of day. It didn't feel like just a "big building"; it felt like the very air around it had been designed. As I got closer, it was surprisingly delicate. The intricate marble decorations and the patterns inlaid with jewels (pietra dura) were so precise that I wondered, "Did human hands really create this?" From a distance, it looked perfectly symmetrical, but up close, there were human touches in the craftsmanship. That gap was impressive. Also, I think I understood a little why it's called a "symbol of love." This is the mausoleum built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal. While it was also a display of power, it felt like a scale of "love at the level of obsession" even more than that.
