The Hanoi city tour was great, especially with our guide, Hue. Hue is very knowledgeable about Hanoi City and Vietnamese culture, and gave us a great tour. Her command over English is good. She is a great person, and I would like to have her as a guide again. The lunch had a set menu and the portion sizes were too little. It also didn’t include any beverage. This is one thing that could have been improved.

I had originally planned to sightsee on my own, but I'm so glad I chose this tour. On the day of the tour, it ended up being just the two of us in a taxi. Our guide, Ms. Su, was excellent at explaining things, and I learned a lot about history. She was also very kind and helpful. We did stop at a slightly upscale souvenir shop along the way, but we also went to a local supermarket, where things were cheaper, and I ended up buying a lot. I was very satisfied because she took us to the Michelin-starred pho restaurant I wanted to visit. She also booked a recommended massage parlor for us, which was a great help.

We had a wonderful experience on the Hanoi Half Day City Tour. Quinn, our tour guide, spoke very clear English and explained every stop very well, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. She was also very helpful during an emergency situation, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Tong, our driver, for being attentive and making sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

We are so thankful we did this on Day 1 in Hanoi. IT IS A MUST! If you want a full immersion in the city, the motorbike ride will guide you to the spots and bring you to amazing places! We feel grateful for our two tour guides, Minh Ngoc and Liam. We want to have more time with them, but the day should end. Thank you so much!!!!

ハノイ（日本語）市内１日観光に参加しました。 ガイドは日本語の話せる　トウさん（日本語では寿さん　だそうです。） 午前中は　ハノイの歴史を聞きながら　主要な観光地をまわり　とても勉強にもなりました。 お昼はミシュランの星付きのフォー　お店は大混雑でしたが　ガイドさんが機転をきかせて　近くのお友達のカフェでお茶を飲んでる間に　出前を頼んでくれて　そのカフェでゆっくりそれも待たずにフォーを楽しめました。その後は足のマッサージ　スーパーで買い物　市場の立ち寄り　シクロで旧市街巡り　エッグコーヒーとチェーも食べ　夕方は水上人形劇 ど真ん中の良い席を取ってくださいました。 見応えありました。　夕飯はブンチャー ガイドのトウさん　心遣いがあり　ツアーの時間の配分もバッチリでした。 ツアーの合間に　ここの　おこわ美味しいとか　ナイトマーケットの話など　プチ情報も教えてくれました。 夕飯の後　ホテルまでの送迎は断り　そのままナイトマーケットを散策して帰りました。 １日朝から晩まで　盛りだくさんのツアー 休憩もあり　疲れることもありませんでした。 とても良かったのですが、　ツアーに含まれたフットマッサージのお店が良くなかったです 愛想もなく　サービス精神に欠けていて　部屋も整頓されてなくて物置のような部屋でした。　別にチップも10万ドン　しっかり取られましたが もう少し払っても　ちょっと良いマッサージ店に連れてって欲しかった　　同じ料金で他にも良いマンサージ店はあります このツアーは効率もコスパも良く　とてもオススメなツアーです。楽しかったし、とても満足です。

Highly recommended tour, especially for first-time travelers to Hanoi, covering the famous sites that must be explored. The tour guide, Jaden, speaks fluent English, is easygoing, knowledgeable about every site, and easy to understand. The operator, Kaylee, is fast-responding with useful information and notes for everything before the day.

Ông Sơn là một hướng dẫn viên du lịch rất tốt. Ông ấy không chỉ dẫn chúng tôi đến từng địa điểm mà còn cung cấp kiến thức ngắn gọn về mỗi nơi chúng tôi ghé thăm. Tôi nghĩ ông Sơn đã rất nỗ lực cho chuyến đi, và tôi tin rằng ông ấy nên được trả công nhiều hơn mức hiện tại!

Book join in but ended up being the only one (in the evening lots of things are closed so i think morning is more popular). I was hesitant because of motorbike but my guide Finn was the best, great driver. Really friendly and explained the history and significance of each sight really well. Honestly the most fun I had in Hanoi/Vietnam. Would definitely recommend.
