Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

It was a great experience for my daughter to get a personal session of what styles suits her best. she even opted for a korean style haircut for reasonable charges. Great experience overall!

I found this hair salon in Hongdae on Klook. After entering the shop, different staff members greeted us, and their English was excellent, so we could communicate perfectly. Although we initially only purchased a haircut, we also added a 19-step hair treatment, which was incredibly comfortable, especially the far-infrared massage – it was completely unexpected. The hairstyle turned out very sweet as well.

Even with a jam-packed 2 week itinerary, this was one of the things I was most looking forward to, and it definitely lived up to my expectations and more! JiEun was amazing - so kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable from the start. It was clear how knowledgeable she was, explaining everything thoroughly and being happy to answer any questions I had. After each analysis we went through slideshows of what would be best for me based on my results: hair colour, jewellery, glasses, make-up, fashion, fabrics, patterns, styles and accessories. And then at the end I got to try on some accessories and make-up to see how it all looked in real life! I would 100% recommend both the colour and body shape analysis, especially at the start of your trip as it will be a big help for when you're shopping! I love this experience! They provided makeup and tools for the workshop. You can ask for help, and sometimes they assist people individually. The explanation was good, and the experience was much cheaper than one-on-one makeup tutorial sessions elsewhere. Plus, they give out free products afterward (I received a full-size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and an eyeshadow palette that matched my eyes based on the workshop). There's a free photo booth with two prints afterward. They also gave a 20% discount for shopping afterward. Worth it!

La dame qui a fait mon analyse s'appelle Erica et elle est très gentille et douce ! Elle parle très bien anglais, donc le service est vraiment ouvert à tous. À la fin, ils nous présentent des produits recommandés que nous pouvons photographier, et nous pouvons même refaire notre maquillage avec les produits qu'ils fournissent ! L'expérience était agréable et super amusante, je la recommande à 100 % !

The location is behind the Sejong Hotel, near Myeongdong Exit 9. Don't go through the hotel; use the alley behind it. Compared to other cosmetic stores, this one is very conveniently located! It opens at 9 AM, so you can go early to get your makeup done and then start your day's itinerary!
