I booked a group class but also was treated with a one on one experience! The artist was very friendly and knowledgeable and fluent in English. She taught me how to do a pretty daily look and recommended the products and colors that suited me. After the class, you can purchase items in their store for 20% off. I highly recommend this class!

Korean makeup isn't cheap, but they provide private makeup rooms, offer coffee service, and the makeup and hair artists are highly skilled. This salon has a two-person team to finish your look, so the process was very efficient 🥹💗. I saw several people who looked like Korean influencers, not just tourists 🥹🩵.

The experience was so fun!! They were so kind, and the makeup turned out so cute!!! Just remember to put Cutloose on Naver Maps to find the location because the location on Klook is inaccurate, but otherwise I totally recommend it! Service: 10/10

I went to Mood Collect today for a color and body analysis, and had such a great experience! Consultant Hyun-do was amazing. You can tell she truly has an eye for it and what suits. Hyun-do shared so much insightful information and recommendations, and you could really see the differences in person. The English translator spoke great English and made everything easy to understand. Truly enjoyed the session with both of them, with the friendly chat and bit of humor. Highly recommended to anyone considering.

The hair salon is easily accessible and noticeable. As a foreigner entering the shop, I was greeted by the receptionist in Korean. However, this did not prevent them from communicating with me. I was impressed by their patience and understanding. Luckily, I spoke a bit of Korean, so I was able to converse with them using a mix of English and Korean. As it was my first time visiting a hair salon in South Korea, I can say that their service, including wash, cut, style, and makeup, was incredible and exceptional. As a fan of K-pop and K-drama myself, I could definitely tell that their service is top-tier. I could actually see the effect of the Korean makeup style and hair styling on me. I felt somewhat Korean, as I don't usually wear makeup daily. Thanks to the staff for the high-quality service, and I would not hesitate to come back next time I visit Seoul!

Amazing place! Yina did my styling, very sweet and kind. Would recommend for anyone looking for scalp massage and lovely service. They opened the place for 4 people just to do our hair :)
