Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "review begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.

The day before, you'll receive a text message with the meeting point and time, so you just need to arrive on time to start your happy journey. Since it was a combined tour, our guide Yurika first introduced everything in English and then explained it in Chinese, which was very thoughtful. At each stop, she clearly announced the meeting time and place, and generally, there was ample time for sightseeing.

If you're taking the Sagano Romantic Train and then the Hozugawa River Boat Ride, it's best to allow an hour and a half in between, for example, taking the 11:00 AM train and the 12:30 PM boat. After getting off the train, there will be signs guiding you through a tunnel to the bus stop. The bus will make a brief stop and then go directly to the Hozugawa building. There's a small shop where you can buy snacks and drinks; it's essential to buy something to drink, as the boat shop won't appear for about an hour and a half after you board. The boatman on our trip was very entertaining, likely a veteran, and interacted well with the passengers. When approaching rapids, he would playfully warn passengers about a small splash; you won't get completely soaked, as there are tarps available. Throughout the journey, the boatman used a mix of Japanese and short English phrases, and also used gestures to point out the local wildlife. The boat ride is spectacular and highly recommended.

我們非常享受京都嵐山、伏見稻荷大社與奈良餵鹿一日遊。我們的導遊 Willa 非常專業、博學且組織能力強。她建立了一個 WhatsApp 群組給團員，以便及時分享所有重要資訊，確保行程順利。最精彩的是奈良餵鹿體驗，我們很開心能親手餵鹿。行程時間掌控得很好，所有停靠點都提醒遊客準時返回巴士。預訂日本行程時請記住這一點，因為守時對於避免錯過巴士至關重要。總體而言，這次行程物超所值，我們覺得每個景點都有充足的觀光時間。由於正值九月日本敬老週連假，各個景點都異常擁擠，這並非旅行社本身的問題。我們極力向所有造訪大阪的旅客推薦這個一日遊。感謝 Willa 帶來的棒極體驗。

Aye was an absolutely amazing tour guide at Nijo Castle! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many fascinating details about the castle, its history, and features that we never would have noticed on our own. I had previously visited Nijo Castle without a guide, and I can honestly say that this experience was 100% better. I learned so much and walked away with a completely new appreciation for the castle and its history. On top of being an excellent guide, Aye was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When it started to rain during our tour, he even offered to get umbrellas for us! It was such a kind gesture and really showed how much he cares about the people on his tours. I cannot recommend Aye enough. If you’re visiting Nijo Castle in Kyoto, having him as your guide makes the experience so much more meaningful and memorable. Thank you, Aye, for such a wonderful tour!
