Great hotel, easy 5 min walk to Bangla. Many shops, 711, pharmacies close by including two shopping malls. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Have been coming to this hotel for a while. Buffett breakfast has a good selection of Western, Thai and Indian food. Including an egg station and a noodle station. There are various room types including the Standard which is adequate. All staff are nice and friendly. The hotel has two pools. Wifi works great.

The hotel was very near Patong Beach and had great food options nearby. I especially loved the staff, who were friendly and always kept the place safe and sound with 24-hour live security at the gate and reception. I felt very safe, and the swimming area was awesome, like a private pool.
