Despite the rainy weather, our tour guide Thomas Wu did a really good job. He was such a light to everyone and his smile was super contagious. He made sure to welcome us and kept us well informed of the destinations we went to. Thomas was such a great guide!! I was sad because of the weather but he made everything fun and memorable! I will never forget him! :) He made the tour something I will look back to and tell my family and friends!

Our tour guide, Young Lin, was knowledgeable, organized, and shared fascinating insights about Taiwan’s history and culture. From the striking rock formations at Yehliu to releasing lanterns in Shifen and exploring Jiufen’s charming streets, every stop was memorable. A smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended experience!

The itinerary was indeed a bit rushed, but you can't have your cake and eat it too, as there was only so much time. The tour guide did an amazing job of trying to avoid cutting down the itinerary as much as possible within the limited time. (We happened to encounter strong winds and heavy rain, which made visiting the Coastal Park scenic area and Jiufen quite challenging. It's worth checking the weather forecast if you're planning a trip.)

Rebecca was a delight. She's very professional and kind. The weather did not stop her from giving us a great time. She was very lively and every question was answered in a very informative manner. She promptly answered all our calls whenever we got lost. 😄😆 Thank you Rebecca Chen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Despite the considerable rain, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour thanks to Martin's delightful guidance. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the food and release sky lanterns without waiting, as they were pre-ordered. Martin's stories about Taiwan's history and the origins of its food were so engaging that they could wake you up even if you were asleep. Thank you, and please always stay healthy!
