The Tour was amazing. We were picked up on time. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. We went in the afternoon, so we could see the beautiful day and night view of Furong. For us it was a perfect day.

The driver, Mr. Deng, is responsible and a good driver. When we lost our way to the car, he came to pick us up, and in the next town, he showed us where to go so we wouldn't get lost.

tour guide: My tour guide (Mr Peng) was 100% on the ball from the start, he looked out for everyone of us before, during and even after the tour. He warned us about some unnecessary spending. Whenever we needed more food, he would help us order. The tour guide's knowledge was top-notch. accommodation options: The hotel was well booked and planned. itinerary: Everything was spaced out well.

We had wonderful trip and experience. Small group tour, feel private, kind and nige tour mate. The transportation that we used going around also really clean and comfy. Really worth it for this tour, save alot our time and we visited many places. Specially out tour guide Zhang Fangfang really kind and help us alot. She arrage everything for us and gave us some recommendation of restaurants, helped us arrange our transport to railway station, and also took many pictures of me and my husband. Really worth it 👍👍

Great experience, nice attractions and immersive tour. Our guide - Sally is very accommodating and helpful, even though she was a Mandarin-speaking tour guide. She spoke in English to communicate with us.

I highly recommend this tour group if you plan to visit Zhangjiajie during the summer. Despite the scorching heat, with temperatures soaring above 104°F (40°C) these past few days, our guide, Mr. Zhang, was incredibly professional and meticulous. He helped us navigate each attraction smoothly and quickly, avoiding crowds and long lines. The hotel arrangements were particularly impressive, including the best hotel in Fenghuang Ancient Town and a secluded hotel with breathtaking views of clouds and sunrises, which other tours don't offer. Every dish at the restaurants was delicious. All optional activities were arranged with our preferences in mind, and there was absolutely no pressure to participate. He clearly explained the history of each site. Finally, he accompanied us on the Fenghuang boat tour and provided detailed instructions on how to get a taxi, which was incredibly thoughtful for non-Chinese tourists. The high-speed rail and comfortable nine-seater bus made the journey pleasant throughout. It was a truly perfect trip to Zhangjiajie, earning two big thumbs up! Guide:

The car provided was too small for 4 travelers. They used a Nissan Sylphy, which made the back seat very cramped; passengers had to squeeze in. The travel distances between each tourist spot were quite long, with the longest being 4 hours. For such long journeys, a better and more spacious car should have been provided to ensure the comfort of the tour group. The program details should have been more specific, such as the number of nights for accommodation and meals included. Some nights, the accommodation did not match the advertised 4-star rating online. The worst room condition on the trip was at Puhe, where water leaked out when showering, and the air conditioning was not working. The room was not ready for service but was still provided to customers. Only 3 lunches were included, along with 4 breakfasts from the hotel. The guide was very helpful, even though they only spoke Chinese. Some locations were quite far, so the itinerary should be better organized. For example, on the day we went to Fenghuang, we didn't arrive until after 8 PM. The activity was dressing up for photos, and while I enjoyed it, the timing was brutal; we didn't get to sleep until 2 AM, and then had to leave again at 9 AM. There were also activities that required additional payment, such as watching the Miao tribe show.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing 5-day tour—Vivi is the absolute best! This 5-day tour was incredible and the perfect way to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. We ticked off absolutely everything on our itinerary, and honestly, we couldn’t have done all we did without booking this tour. Our guide, Vivi, was amazing! She took us to all the best hot spots, and her strategic routing meant we completely bypassed the massive queues and didn’t have to wait around. Beyond being an expert guide, she was an absolute pleasure to be around and her warm personality really made our trip to Zhangjiajie so special. She went above and beyond by helping us translate absolutely everything, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. She was also incredibly helpful with local dining and evening activity suggestions. If you are doing this tour, definitely ask for Vivi—she truly made our trip unforgettable!
