Sehr gut organisiert (inklusive Abholung/Rückgabe), informativ, bequeme Sitze/Fahrt. Schnell/effizient/pünktlich. Viele Stopps/Zeit zum Schnorcheln, Fotos machen, Jetski fahren sowie für den Vormittagstee und das Mittagessen. Der Gastgeber war fantastisch/freundlich, die Crew war sehr zuvorkommend, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Das Mittagessen war köstlich. Schnorchel und Schwimmweste wurden gestellt. Insgesamt ein 10-Sterne-Erlebnis.

Tripulación y guía sobresalientes: Un gran reconocimiento a Pola —fácilmente el mejor guía turístico que existe— y a la increíble tripulación del Barco #12. Habiendo hecho este viaje de día completo una vez antes, esta tripulación hizo que mi segunda vez fuera verdaderamente excepcional.
Extremadamente apto para niños pequeños: La tripulación hizo todo lo posible para cuidar a mi hijo de 2 años, haciendo que el viaje fuera fácil para nosotros e incluso ayudándole a nadar de forma segura en el mar.
Logística impecable: La recogida y el regreso al hotel a tiempo hicieron que todo el día fuera completamente libre de estrés.
Deliciosa comida y refrescos: Opciones generosas y de calidad durante todo el día, incluyendo un excelente desayuno, un fantástico almuerzo, frutas frescas y bebidas ilimitadas.

This trip was completely amazing! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and even the group of people were so respectful and pleasant. Whenever I want to book a trip, I will always choose them, as I believe it’s better than booking a tour from Patong, because the majority of tourists from Patong are so careless, unorganized, and disrespectful.

Boat condition: Clean and tidy, they provide drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end. Onboard scenery: Mostly ocean/rock views. Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the "Sexy Family"), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos. Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous. Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to watch the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, and lots of sea urchins, and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone down to photograph them for me to see. They were swimming around the coral, very cute. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up to a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

Obtained a good rate; there was a minor issue with my pickup, but once contacted, they assured me they would cover the taxi fare to Royal Marine, and I made it just in time. The coordination by the reservation team is excellent—the moment I arrived at the pickup point, they approached the driver and paid the taxi fare.
5/5 for service, it is exceptional.
The waiting area is new and well-maintained, offering a decent Western breakfast, snacks, coffee, tea, restrooms, etc., much better than most others I have seen on Google.
The catamaran is the best among the ones I saw that are not operated by Sawanu; the guides and staff on the catamaran are friendly, explained everything clearly, and provided assistance whenever needed.
For the lunch buffet, they offered an international spread that served its purpose well, including halal food with rice, chicken curry, salad, Pad Thai, chicken soup, spaghetti, coffee, tea, and clean restrooms. There is a separate section for vegetarians.
We visited all the islands, with the water slide as the final stop before returning to Phuket.

It was a very well-organized activity. Our guides, Peter and Michael, were very good and helpful. Special shout-out to the Captain for getting us back safely through the high seas. I will definitely recommend it to others and would also like to come again.

Mr. Tea (not coffee, as he says) is perfect, patient. talks slowly and repeats every information 3 times. Everything is organized so well that I can't believe and everything is very tidy. They even pour water on your feet when you're entering the catamaran. The boat also was very good, you don't need pills for seasickness. Good value for money? You're kidding me? Six islands, breakfast, lunch, juice, coffee, tea, snacks and fruit onboard and icecream at the end. The best trip I had on my 10 days trip Bangkok, Phuket and the best guide!!!

It was a fantastic island trip. The island was incredibly beautiful. The guide was very welcoming; she took pictures, shared many interesting facts about the island to explore, and offered delicious snacks.
