this place was so awesome that I fear it has ruined all hotels for me. it made me second guess every other 5 star review I have ever given because this place just went above and beyond in every aspect. lots of entertainment, food and activities. I only wish I could have stayed longer. they do provide transportation arrangements to other islands, not just back to Phuket. I loved the little cars that would drive us around the resort. loved their library! books in multiple languages. gift shop. multiple restaurants. buffet as well as à la carte. late night services. beautiful pools. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. did I mention gorgeous koi ponds and streams.

Very organised (pick up/drop off included), informative, comfortable seat/ride. quick/efficient/on time. plenty stops/time to enjoy snorkeling, take photos, jet ski and have morning tea and lunch. Host was awesome/kind, crew were very friendly, patient, helpful. Lunch was delicious. Snorkel and life jacket provided. Overall 10 star experience.

Highlights of the Tour
Outstanding Crew & Guide: Huge shoutout to Pola—easily the best tour guide out there—and the incredible crew on Boat #12. Having done this full-day trip once before, this crew made my second time truly exceptional.
Extremely Toddler-Friendly: The crew went above and beyond to take extra care of my 2-year-old son, making travel effortless for us and even helping him swim safely in the sea.
Seamless Logistics: On-time hotel pickup and drop-off made the whole day completely stress-free.
Delicious Food & Refreshments: Generous, quality options throughout the day, including a great breakfast, fantastic lunch, fresh fruits, and endless drinks.

this trip was completely amazing! the staff were super nice and friendly even the group of people were so respectful and nice. whenever, I want to book a trip I will always choose them as I believe it’s better than booking a tour from patong because the majority of tourists from patong are so carless not organized and disrespectful.

Boat condition: Clean and tidy. They provided drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end.
Scenery from the boat: Mostly ocean and rock formations.
Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember there were two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the 'Sexy Family'), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos.
Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous.
Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to look at the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, along with many sea urchins and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone underwater and photographed them for me to see. They were very cute swimming around the coral. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up onto a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we just jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

Got a good rate, they did fumble with my pickup but once contacted they assured to pay the cab fare to the Royal marine and I barely made in time, reservation team cordination is Excellent the minute I came to the pickup they approached the driver and paid the cab fare.
5/5 on Service its exceptional.
Waiting area is new and well maintained, provided decent western breakfast, snacks, coffee, tea, restrooms etc much better than most others I have seen on Google.
Catamaran best among the ones I saw that's not operated by Sawanu, guides and staff in the catamaran are friendly, explained everything neat, provided assistance whenever required.
Lunch buffet, had international buffet, but served their purpose halal food with rice, chicken curry, salad, Pad Thai, chicken soup, Spaghetti, coffee, tea, and neat restrooms were provided. There is a seperate section for vegetarians.
Took to all the Islands, had the slide as the last point before arriving to Phuket.

It was very well organised activity. Our guides Peter n Michael were very good n helpful. Special shout out to Captain for getting us back safely through the high seas. Will definitely recommend others and also will like to come again

Mr. Tea (not coffee, as he says) is perfect, patient. talks slowly and repeats every information 3 times. Everything is organized so well that I can't believe and everything is very tidy. They even pour water on your feet when you're entering the catamaran. The boat also was very good, you don't need pills for seasickness. Good value for money? You're kidding me? Six islands, breakfast, lunch, juice, coffee, tea, snacks and fruit onboard and icecream at the end. The best trip I had on my 10 days trip Bangkok, Phuket and the best guide!!!
