I was the only guest on the trip as the other two guests suddenly cancelled their plans. Luckily, the guide, Narita-san, was incredibly caring and helpful throughout the entire day's journey. For example, he planned every sightseeing spot considering the weather, and also explained everything in detail using a phone translator. His recommended ice cream (shijimi clam) was delicious 😛 The views that day were magnificent, especially at Cape Tappi! Thanks for everything, Narita-san!

This year's Spring Festival was in mid-to-late February, and there had been very little snowfall during my days in Aomori. Luckily, I booked a private car for February 19th to Hakkoda, Oirase Stream, and Lake Towada. As soon as we entered the mountains, a blizzard began. Although the cable car wasn't operating, we still had a solid day of fun playing in the powder snow! Who can understand the joy of powder snow!
Mr. Fukuda is truly a wonderful and professional person. He is the most attentive, professional, and polite driver I have ever encountered during my many trips and private car bookings in Japan! Due to the blizzard, visibility in the mountains was very low, but his driving skills were excellent; I didn't feel any impact from the weather. He took us to check in at every scenic spot along the Oirase Stream, and during the blizzard, he waited by the car for us every time, opening and closing the doors! Thoughtful and meticulous! 100% positive review!

A family of four booked a 7-seater commercial vehicle charter for a day trip, visiting Takayama Inari, Hakkoda Mountain, Oirase Stream, and Lake Towada. Every scenic spot was stunning, and the whole family had a wonderful time. The driver, Mr. Sato, was a kind and friendly Japanese gentleman. He drove very well and was very polite. We even encountered a wild fox along the way, and he specially stopped the car to let us get out and take photos. All in all, this chartered day trip was very enjoyable and well worth it.

I plan to visit again and again! Although I booked a slightly larger room, the price benefit from Klook was excellent. I'm very satisfied with the hotel, from the complimentary morning yoga class to the large swimming pool.

Conveniently located near the city centre. Access to the Carpark is a bit tricky - through a small street at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is good and delicately presented.

It's a little far from Aomori station (~10 min walk) but the facilities and services were worth it. Enjoyed my stay here and will be back if I'm visiting the area again!

The location is not far from JR Aomori Station, with a fresh market nearby, making it quite convenient. The breakfast is very generous, and during the day, complimentary fruit-infused water and hot coffee are provided, making guests feel well-cared for. It's definitely worth revisiting.

Not far from the station, there's a Daiso next door, a Lawson nearby, and an underground fish market. There's also a parking lot across the street. It's perfectly suited for tourists traveling by car.
