Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

This is the 1st time I joined a Great Ocean Road Tour. The whole tour was great even if initially had some problems with the seating. Our tour guide was Augustine very knowledgeable and good driver but strict with time. We are able to see koalas on trees and we are very lucky to see one in the road passing by. The weather is also good during our tour. I highly recommend this Great Ocean Road Tour by Bus and Coach Charter

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish.
A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable.
She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable.
Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip.
The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

it’s a wonderful trip. Tim is a very sincere, responsible guide. He well arranged the time schedule , no rush for each viewpoint. We were so lucky to see the wildlife koala and kangaroos. Thanks for Tim”s arrangement. The Sunset of Great Ocean Road is so stunning. We had a very memorable and enjoyable time. Thanks Klook for the user friendly experience.

This reversed tour is well planned and we don't have to squeeze with many tourists and also avoided the afternoon sun. The tour is a little schedule packed but we managed to cover many places and lookouts. Also managed to spot Koalas. Thanks to our friendly guide Mark!

Definitivno preporučujem jednodnevni izlet na Great Ocean Road. Augustine je vrlo obrazovan i duhovit. Ispričao je povijest svih turističkih mjesta i cijelo se vrijeme šalio, što je putovanje učinilo vrlo zabavnim i nimalo dosadnim. Cijena je razumna, autobus je udoban i čist. Savjeti i upravljanje vremenom su savršeni. Najviše mi se svidio London Bridge (posljednja lokacija).

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

A huge thank you to our guide Martin for the Great Ocean Road Reverse Day Tour on April 29, 2026! He made our journey unforgettable. Martin was incredibly professional and attentive throughout, from itinerary planning to time management, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience. He not only provided vivid and engaging explanations of the attractions but also shared a wealth of knowledge about the local history, culture, and natural landscapes, giving us a deeper understanding of the Great Ocean Road. When visiting famous sites like the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge, Martin thoughtfully advised us on the best times and spots for photos, allowing us to capture many beautiful memories effortlessly. He also consistently paid attention to the needs of every group member, ensuring everyone was comfortable and safe throughout the trip. The entire journey offered magnificent scenery, and with Martin's enthusiastic and humorous guidance, this experience was made even more perfect and memorable!
