Amazing guide, Vance, who really cared for the group and made sure nobody was left behind. He stopped at so many places like the London Bridge and 12 Apostles. The drive there was really scenic too. We wish we had a bit longer in some places like Apollo Bay, but overall was still glad to see everything! Amazing day!

Our guide, Tony, was very helpful and passionate in explaining the itinerary and especially in trying to spot wild koalas. The whole itinerary wasn't too rushed, even though there were 57 of us on the tour.

Our tour guide was Vance, who provided excellent bilingual commentary (English/Chinese). Along the way, he shared insights into Melbourne’s history and fun facts. The journey was very comfortable, and even during the peak season on the Great Ocean Road, Vance maintained a high standard of service and a smooth ride. He ensured we had ample time to explore and take photos at each stop and even guided us in spotting wild koalas. Additionally, the tour provided cookies, hot tea, and coffee. There was also a stop at Apollo Bay, allowing everyone time to enjoy lunch in this charming little town. We highly recommend this tour—it made our Great Ocean Road trip a truly wonderful experience!

We were very lucky to have Tony as our guide for this Great Ocean Road trip. He introduced the scenery along the Great Ocean Road, life in Melbourne, and special events such as the Australian Open, F1 races, and the Brisbane Olympics to be held in 2032, all in both Chinese and English. We learned a lot. I was initially a bit worried about getting carsick due to the many winding roads in some sections, but Tony's driving was smooth, and I had no problems at all. This time was too short. The Great Ocean Road has magnificent geological landscapes and beautiful national parks. If I come back to Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road next time, I might consider driving myself and staying overnight. Thank you, Guide Tony, for your thoughtful care.

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

The tour runs all day, but you can always rest on the bus. Our driver/guide Vance was very helpful. He gives us ample time to see the sights, maintains the cleanliness of the bus, and gives recommendations so that everything goes smoothly. He even organized toilet breaks, which is very much appreciated. This tour is highly recommended if you have a day to spare when you’re in Melbourne. Booking this tour will save you from driving for hours and allow you to just enjoy the scenery.

On this sunny day, I took a comfortable bus to the long-awaited Great Ocean Road. What was surprising was that the driver could speak fluent Chinese and English, and his knowledge was very broad. He also added three additional scenic spots to stop at. Each one was an accident and a surprise. I strongly recommend this travel agency.
