Our driver/guide Allan was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the sights. He gave us a lot of insider tips on our itinerary and even what to consider for future visits. He made sure we were taken cared of every step of the way. He helped us enjoy Kyoto even more with our two boys. Highly recommended!

The tour was everything it promised to be. Allen, our tour guide/driver, was polite, friendly, very helpful, and very informative. He also very graciously stayed extra long to drop us off as we were leaving for Tokyo after the tour.

I will review it first. Thank Aiko for assisting us with the private tours. I planned it privately because we have two senior citizens with us. They cannot walk up and down stairs and change stations from trains. This is very convenient. My mother was very happy when we had a Filipino-speaking local driver. It was very easy to communicate. Thank you, Steven. Very good-looking guy and very approachable and friendly. We love Steven very much, although I keep calling him Stephen. He also speaks Japanese!

Our driver/guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and arranged the order of sights to try and avoid the crowds. He was flexible and always happy to answer any questions. Great tour, would absolutely recommend.
