I used the bus to Woodbury Outlets and was satisfied with the price. Those who booked in advance could board immediately. The long lines seemed to be for those who came without reservations. However, I don't recommend Woodbury Outlets during the winter season, especially since they don't turn on the heaters in the food court at all. Even though the weather is this cold, the outdoor doors are constantly open, so the indoor temperature is the same as outside even when eating. I thought it was too much, even with so many people coming to shop. Also, the discount rate is lower compared to European outlets. Moreover, since the US doesn't offer tax refunds and you have to pay tax when buying items, think carefully before purchasing. I ended up not buying anything.

The food was great. You need a lot of time to visit all the stores you want to see, so plan your schedule ahead. It was about an hour and a half from the city and back, so that's a negative because it's three hours you lose from shopping. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was nice to spend almost half a day away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. There are many shops with discounted prices. Since it wasn't too crowded, the service was good. There is a main market hall with food and drinks. There are plenty of restrooms all around the outlet mall.

It's easy to find the shuttle bus stop. There are many brands in the outlets, it's worth spending a day there!

It’s convenient to buy the Silver Star bus ticket on Klook. The check-in is quick, and we need to walk for a block to arrive at the bus station. A minor thing to improve is that the return time is 5:30 PM instead of 5 PM. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Excelente tour para compras em outlets, o ônibus estava no horário e limpo. Conseguimos mudar nosso horário de retorno com muita facilidade. Woodbury é enorme, com todas as grandes lojas de marca.
