Yakiniku & Wine Bar Hatsugen - Taipei

This is my first time dining at this yakiniku restaurant. The place is clean, and the wagyu beef bowl is affordable and delicious. If you order yakiniku, the staff will grill it for you.

This visit was for a birthday celebration. We ordered the 4-person beef set meal, which was very convenient as we didn't have to decide what to eat; the whole set had everything. The total bill was $7271 (with an additional side dish and appetizer). The highlights of the meat selection included Iberian pork, A5 Japanese Wagyu, M9+ Australian Wagyu, scallops, and green onion and salt beef tongue. The quality of all the meats was quite good and delicious. Overall, the value for money was decent. The staff member who grilled for us at the table was very diligent! The service added a lot to the experience.

It's very convenient to just scan the QR code. I would recommend it to friends who are going. It's worth recommending. Delicious and very tasty.

It's quite convenient, but the only drawback is that you might still need to check the bill to ensure the staff has properly applied the complimentary cocktail discount. We were three people dining with three vouchers, but the staff only deducted the cost of two drinks. Since we had already left, we just let it go.

The yakiniku is delicious, and the table service is also great, but using the vouchers is a bit complicated!

Food was nice, service was acceptable. Sometimes the server left the meat on the grill for too long and it became overcooked.

Great food, great fun, great service, and even freebies – in short, it's fantastic!

There was absolutely no need to purchase this activity! I was originally attracted to it because it offered a Hai Bian Zou Zou egg roll as a gift, but when I checked out, the staff said the egg rolls were already gone and there was no substitute. So, I really don't know why I bought this activity... It would have made no difference to just pay 500 NTD directly at the restaurant!

Klook is terrible. I booked on the same day and didn't use it, but they wouldn't allow cancellation or refund within 24 hours, insisting that the supplier wouldn't refund. I have saved all relevant information and will be submitting it to the Consumer Protection Committee.
