Hassan was an amazing guide who was willing to share information about Japan and the cultural importance of certain areas of Nikko. He had great recommendations in terms of scheduling the day and had a lot of patience. My only feedback is that the price is too high for the experience.

Our guide messaged us the previous night to confirm the pick-up and introduced himself as Moon. He arrived right on time, explained the itinerary to us, and helped us plan our day. He was knowledgeable about each item on the itinerary and went out of his way to make this a truly memorable trip. The car was spacious and clean. It was an exceptional experience, and we truly appreciate Moon for making this a memorable day for us.

The trip to Nikko was fantastic. We had a fantastic time on our tour. Allowed times were easy going. Zohaib, our driver was great to deal with. Communication was prompt and clear even when we stayed 10 minutes longer at a destination. Would recommend.

The trip was exactly as described in the package; nothing was missed. You need to be careful about a few things, such as following the driver's schedule precisely for each location, as the distances between points can be considerable. Also, if there's traffic, you might be late returning to your hotel, but they won't charge you for any delays caused by traffic. The most important thing that will make your trip fantastic is having a driver like ours, Ali; you will enjoy yourself and feel comfortable. The places were nice, but I think if you go in autumn, perhaps November, you can see the leaves changing colors, just like in photos. What I liked most were Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji, which was the last stop on the trip. Note that if you add any more points, you will be charged for them, and in my opinion, the trip plan requires the time allotted; adding any points will take more time and make you tired. One last thing: if you have any dietary precautions, I advise you to bring your own food, as it is very difficult to find food according to your preferences.

Bhalli was great. He communicated well. A must-visit nature strip. Serenity in Japan. The weather was beautiful and there was amazing architectural work to observe in the shrines.
