Highly recommended! It's convenient, comfortable, and clean. The seats are spacious and can be adjusted to face each other. You can bring your own drinks and snacks. There's a cafe on the first carriage where you can buy drinks, but you can't sit and eat there; you have to return to your own seat. The restrooms are very clean, and the train is always on time.

Un viaje de ida y vuelta desde Yumoto Onsen cuesta 3800¥, casi la mitad del precio del Nikko Pass All Area. The pass is worth the money. Just a call out there are two passes 2 day and four day. If you just plan to visit the temples and shrines you can go for the two day pass but if you plan on visiting the Kegon falls and other areas then consider the 4 day pass in particular if you will stay in Nikko for more than a day.

Nikko is such a magical place. If you're into nature tripping, then Nikko is the place for you. Travel time will take 2 hours if you use the express limited train for an additional charge, and 3 hours for the regular train. I love the heritage sites.

It is very worth it and easy to use, just need to activate and can use straight away, the only thing you need to make sure you have the connection. Not only cover bus in Nikko but also train from Tokyo to Nikko. Since we took limited express, its already cover the basic fare of the limited express.

It saved us a lot of money to travel on a round trip to Nikko. It's about a 3 and a half hour train ride, but we were able to enjoy world heritage sites. It's beautiful, and we also got to see the amazing waterfall.

I stayed in Nikko for 2 days and bought the Nikko 4-day pass for the boat trip on the lake, but it seems it doesn't always sail. This wasn't the biggest deal-breaker, but everything in Nikko closes around 4 PM, and the last buses and trains run around 5 PM. So, we couldn't get our money's worth out of the pass. Still, it was a great convenience to show the QR code and be able to hop on every bus and train in Nikko. I will definitely book it again next trip.

Electronic tickets are very convenient and cost-effective. To use them, simply open the order and present the QR code to board. However, I encountered some issues: after purchase, the ticket can only be viewed under "My Orders" and does not appear in "My Trips." I bought this ticket four months ago, and since then, I've made over 20 other bookings on Klook. This means that every time I need to show the pass to the driver, I have to scroll down for a long time to find it, and I might even scroll past it and not find it at all 🥲. Also, the internet reception on the way to Lake Chuzenji and in the lake area is not very good (I was using Klook's eSIM), so I often had trouble finding the ticket on the "My Orders" page. Later, I contacted customer service, and they advised that I could open the ticket from the email order confirmation I received at the time of purchase to resolve this issue.
