Fito Museum enlightened me on how traditional Vietnamese medicine flourished. During my short stroll there, I was exposed to its deep history. Mine came with a very relaxing footbath. I also treated myself to some of their free tea, which I also bought as a souvenir. They have different elixirs at the souvenir shop too. The experience was pleasant.

The Fito Museum of Herbal Medicine is a really interesting experience and offers a fascinating look into the medicinal history of Vietnam, which is something I honestly knew very little about before visiting. The building itself is beautiful, filled with character, history, and traditional architecture that makes the whole experience feel immersive from the moment you walk in. The exhibits are thoughtfully presented, and the team there were friendly, informative, and happy to answer questions. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy culture, history, or learning about traditional healing practices.

Bảo tàng Y học Cổ truyền Việt Nam là một bảo tàng văn hóa độc đáo ở Sài Gòn, trưng bày lịch sử y học cổ truyền Việt Nam thông qua các công cụ cổ xưa, bài thuốc thảo dược và hiện vật lịch sử. Nằm trong một tòa nhà gỗ được chế tác tinh xảo, nơi đây mang đến một cái nhìn yên bình và chân thực về truyền thống chữa bệnh và kiến trúc của Việt Nam.

Highly recommended visit for anyone interested in holistic medicine, TCM, as it covers the history of Traditional Vietnamese medicine. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the gift shop has a nice array of teas, books, and herbal remedies.

The museum looks wonderful and is very informative about its purpose, making it the best place if you want to learn more about ancient medicines. It's just that there's a small crowd doing photoshoots everywhere, which makes it a bit difficult to see the other displays. All in all, it's still a good place to visit.

Bảo tàng nhỏ, nhưng có quá nhiều điều để học hỏi ở đó. Cũng rất "Instagramable". Tôi chưa thấy điều này trên các blog và vlog, nhưng rất vui vì chúng tôi đã ghé thăm. This place is especially suitable for those who like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); it still preserves tools for processing herbs/minerals/animal ingredients into medicine, herbal illustrated books, and giant Ganoderma lucidum (in the collection). The guided tour provided by the museum is very detailed, and the ancient buildings are adorned with carved dragons and painted beams. Pay attention to the decorations on the eaves and the interesting plaques on the beams and pillars. It's worth visiting. They don't aggressively push products, so no need to worry. The package includes herbal foot spa; those who dislike strangers massaging them can consider this. Relax for thirty minutes with a herbal foot soak. Everything about the museum, including the exhibits, architecture, shop, and English-speaking staff, was outstanding! I was just a little bit bothered by the many photoshoots going on, as it didn't allow us to see the exhibit rooms in the right order. There always seemed to be a photoshoot almost after every room we went into; it was a Sunday. But I do know it's not the museum's fault, so I still give it a 5/5. FITO MUSEUM is really worth going to, especially if you enjoy art, artifacts, and traditional medicine.
