KINTAN RESTAURANT - Sushi de Carne Bovina em Tóquio, Ginza

This was an exceptional culinary experience. The ambiance upon entering was very comfortable, and I was seated at the preparation counter. Once settled, the chef showcased today's beef. The cuisine featured Hitachiwagyu beef, which had an incredibly tender texture, feeling almost like eating a feather. The course included many different cuts, with the most stunning being the beef brisket and the seasonal sea urchin and Wagyu sushi. The sweet freshness of the sea urchin completely filled the palate without a hint of fishiness—pure oceanic umami. The overall pacing was wonderful, and the finishing touch of sea salt and cheese ice cream paired with the house's special 10-year aged mirin was the masterpiece. It was truly a "kanpekina" (perfect) experience.

It has been a while since I last had sushi, and it was my first time visiting alone. (I had been struggling because other sushi restaurants generally do not accept single reservations.) The interior features a Japanese-modern design with a luxurious feel, and there was even a large coaster-like holder for smartphones, allowing me to relax comfortably at the counter seat. The meat was fresh, and I was also able to have a little bit of fish; everything was delicious. Having both sukiyaki and beef tongue sushi, enjoying a variety of items in small portions, is the true charm of a course meal. Even the salted ice cream served as a final dessert (eating it with mirin is surprisingly a great match!) was impressively delicious. The chef and the receptionist were extremely kind, and their smiles were wonderful. Although processing the payment took a little time, I received various complimentary items, and I was deeply moved by the heartfelt hospitality. I would definitely love to visit again! ここのお店が本当に大好きになりました！！和牛と牛肉以外の寿司のバランスが絶妙で、すき焼きやフィレなど和牛を使った他のコース料理も楽しめました。雰囲気はとても落ち着いていて居心地が良かったです。シェフもとても気さくな方で、少しお話しすることができました。絶対にまた来たいと思います。

Excelente experiencia y personal muy amable. Algunas personas podrían sentirse nerviosas debido a la barrera del idioma, pero el chef fue muy paciente conmigo y respondió a mis preguntas usando Google Translate. La comida que probé fue excelente y volvería aquí sin dudarlo. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Usually, it's practically impossible to book a table for just one person, so I'm really lucky~! During my time slot, I was the only one sitting at the bar counter. The chef spoke English (one chef per group of guests) and tried very hard to chat with me~ The beef was delicious! It's just a bit pricey, so I hope they start offering lunch reservations!
