I didn't catch any fish, but my friend caught a small one. Other people on the boat, in groups of two, probably caught about three fish. Their fishing method seems difficult to catch fish with; there's no bait on the hook. They rely on a small plastic cage to release krill, which disperses and attracts fish to hit the hook. I'm not very experienced; it was my first time fishing like this, so maybe I was just unlucky not to catch anything. We set off before 8 AM when everyone had arrived. It took half an hour to reach the fishing spot by boat, and we finished a little after 11 AM, then they took us back to shore. Safety: It's okay. Just follow the boat owner's instructions, and you'll be fine. There are safety measures in place. Experience: Overall, it was okay. It cost HKD$800 for two people. Although I didn't catch any fish, it was like a boat trip and an experience.

Before departure, you need to purchase a 1300 yen cooler at your own expense. You can use the restroom at the meeting point. We took our catch back to the meeting point, where the person in charge gave clear instructions. At a nearby restaurant, you can have your fish prepared. The restaurant offers basic cooking packages: deep-fried, simmered, or sashimi. Overall, it was a very interesting and unforgettable experience!

You need to purchase a refrigerator separately. The catch can be processed at a restaurant the owner is familiar with. The boat owner wasn't as fierce as the reviews suggested; they didn't speak English, but we could communicate through gestures. There was a radar on the boat, and we changed fishing spots three times before catching any fish. Overall, the activity was well worth participating in.

The captain was very polite and friendly. He taught basic fishing techniques during the fishing process and even helped with the first catch and unhooking. The overall experience was pleasant. After returning to port, the captain recommended a restaurant where the owner was very welcoming (1800 JPY per person for the meal). It was definitely worth it (saving the time of cleaning and cooking the fish yourself), and the food was excellent.

It's fun, but don't go to the restaurant recommended by the owner for custom-made dishes, unless you have deep pockets and love Taiwanese cuisine.
