Good experience, hassle free and pre book via Klook, price is cheaper and don't need to worry about ticket sold out for the time slot you preferred. overall very good experience about the tour, very safety and feel enjoyable. can see underground fish and feeding fish scene on the boat .
It rained the day before our Okinawa glass-bottom boat underwater sightseeing tour, and I was worried we wouldn't see any fish. However, on the day of the tour, the weather cleared up beautifully. Upon arriving at the West Marine counter, there was a sign indicating the clarity of the water and the choppiness of the waves, which passengers could refer to. After boarding, passengers could first enjoy the coastal scenery from the top deck. When the boat reached deeper waters, staff would instruct passengers to go to the lower deck to observe the fish, and finally, they could go to the middle deck to feed the fish. This activity is very suitable for families with children. My package also included a seafood donburi on the Mobydick boat, with several types of fresh sashimi available for unlimited consumption. Perhaps there were fewer people that day as it wasn't peak season, but enjoying lunch quietly was exceptionally leisurely and relaxing.
Arrive at Naha Port Passenger Terminal by self-driving. Parking costs 330 yen for 2 hours. You need to arrive 20 minutes early to check in with FunPass. After filling out some simple information, wait to board the ship. The ship departs from the port and sails for about 10 minutes to reach the underwater viewing spot. At this point, you will be instructed to look through the glass bottom of the boat to observe the fish. You can purchase fish food for 200 yen to feed the fish. On the day of our visit, the underwater visibility was a decent 3, allowing us to clearly see the fish and coral reefs. Overall, this activity is highly recommended.
I really enjoyed this boat tour. Although it can get quite hot in the summer since it's not an enclosed boat, as the boat sailed further out to sea, the water became bluer and clearer. Then, the crew allowed passengers to go down to the inner cabin, where there's a glass bottom to see fish and coral reefs. You can also buy fish food on board; feeding them attracts a large school of fish. This is truly a fantastic way to get up close with fish. You don't have to get wet or dive into the water, yet you can still see and feed the fish up close. Aside from the heat, the rest of the experience was great. Drinks are also available for purchase on the boat.
家族や小さなお子様連れに最適で、素敵な一日を過ごすのに強くお勧めします。とてもシンプルですが、楽しめます。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、魚の餌を買うために200円を持ってきてください。
We couldn’t believe how beautiful the coral view was. So many nice fishes and endless coral reefs. We saw everything crystal clean. I recommend this tour for sure!
This is a great activity for families with children. You'll first go out to sea for a while before stopping at a fixed spot to go downstairs and see the fish. Participating in this activity offers many different sensations, and you'll see quite a few types of fish. The wild fish really swim with great effort, which is different from what you see in an aquarium! For those who don't want to get wet, this activity is highly recommended! But seriously, don't stare at the fish in the sea for too long, or you'll get seasick! Even if you take motion sickness medication, you still might!
¡Qué experiencia tan divertida! Lo haría de nuevo, un paisaje tan bonito, había muchísimos peces y el coral era precioso.
Felt like I was in a submarine during this trip! It felt magical to be able to see the fishes that are not trapped in an aquarium
Today's underwater visibility wasn't perfect, but it really depends on luck, especially since the sea conditions were poor the day before. However, the rocking motion was much less than on a whale-watching boat. The upper deck offers a distant view of Naha Port, which is truly massive! Downstairs, you can go into the glass-bottom boat to admire the coral reefs and schools of fish. The kids even spotted a sea snake! It was very cute! However, the variety of fish wasn't as abundant as imagined. It's an activity worth experiencing once, but if you have the energy, snorkeling might be more highly recommended!
