I'm now trying to complain and request a refund through that dreadful chatbot, which is inconvenient, and I'm unsure if it will even be successful. I used to be a frequent KLOOK user, but now, not only will I stop using it, I will also share this terrible experience to prevent others from suffering the same fate.

This is the worst. The game schedule can change, but there's no way to receive notifications about the altered schedule! Klook does not announce changed game dates, nor is there any update on schedule changes on their sales site. They simply act as an intermediary, taking a commission and only selling tickets. Since this isn't cheap either, I cannot recommend purchasing from a place where you can't even get a cancellation or refund.

You sold me the wrong ticket, made me travel all the way to Paris only to miss the game, and there was no customer service to help me in real-time. Who do I contact for a refund and compensation? This is truly outrageous and unbelievable.

This platform is such garbage, even one star is too much. They don't even notify you about schedule changes; it's 'you check it yourself~' and 'any problems from not checking are your responsibility~' That's their attitude. Always book directly on the official website.

It was great that Lee Kang-in came on in the second half. The opposing team was weak, so only the second-string players came out at first. We conceded a goal in the first half, but fortunately, Mbappé and Lee Kang-in were substituted in simultaneously in the second half, and the game ended 1-1.
