Aisha was so lovely and educated us through the onsen experience. As a person with tattoos I was wary about going to an onsen, but doing this have me peace of mind that I wasnt breaking any rules and could enjoy my own onsen experience safely in Japan. Would recommend this to anyone else with tattoos or anyone unsure about onsen procedures and how to be respectful in an onsen. If you're in Tokyo looking for an onsen to visit that isnt too far away, this was an easy location to navigate to and friendly services make this the perfect experience for a tattooed traveller. Stunning view of Tokyo Skytree too!

It was my first time to experience Onsen in Japan. My wife and I have tattoos, so I really searched for an Onsen that allows people with tattoos. My wife enjoyed the experience and she was accompanied by Alisa. I just really wished there was also a male tour guide counterpart who could accompany or guide me so that I could maximize the activity. Although there were instructions given to us, I didn’t remember them all. Alisa gave us free drinks from the convenience store. She is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the experience.

Wow!!!! What a fantastic experience. We ended our 10 day trip with a traditional Onsen that was tattoo friendly and it was absolutely amazing. Alisa was a Great host and made everything perfect! We cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou 🇯🇵♥️

Alisa was incredible with us. She explained how to use the onsen correctly, detailing each step. She accompanied us to the women's onsen and made the entire experience enjoyable and easy to understand. After the experience, she bought us a drink at the konbini and gave us a beautiful origami. I highly recommend extending this experience if you are looking to learn about an onsen and have the opportunity to visit a local one.

The main purpose of this trip was this Onsen. It's a tattoo-friendly Onsen, which is rare to find in Tokyo. Alisa explained the precautions in detail, and my husband, who couldn't accompany her to the men's bath, didn't have to worry at all. Especially great was the daily medicated bathtub, honey, and fresh lemon. Of course, the open-air bath was also extremely relaxing. A local old lady talked to me while I was soaking in the hot water, and that was another special interaction. Definitely a recommended experience!

This was a wonderful experience, our host made it easy to meet up, provided clear instructions on the customs and what we needed to do in the Onsen. She made the entire night enjoyable. We had 4 springs to soak in + a cooling deck. It was a perfect evening of relaxation. And, we ended with beverages to complete the experience.

Alisa war wunderbar! Dies war unser erstes Mal in einem japanischen Onsen, daher war es unglaublich hilfreich, jemanden dabei zu haben, der mich durch den Prozess führte. Alisa was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond when I had questions and when I got lost. She gave my husband and I great information on how to navigate the onsen considering she was only going with me. I suggest maybe going through the information when we get to the onsen, rather at the train station though.

Miss Alisa was incredible; she was super friendly and guided us to the meeting spot. She was very knowledgeable about the types of medicinal onsens for the day, as well as their benefits! She made the experience extremely easy and enjoyable!
