Club Med was an amazing experience. Food and drinks are free-flowing to enjoy. However, there are time constraints for you to try all activities. You have to plan where you want to go/do properly! Be sure to bring sports shoes. Sailing was definitely the highlight of this trip. Please bring a waterproof phone case if you want to record during sailing to avoid your phone getting wet. I will surely repeat this trip 👍🏻

Easily a 10/10 experience! The activities were super fun and well-serviced and it was easy to get around with maps and scheduled buggy services. The selection of food at the buffet was spectacular and really top quality. Staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages so communication wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend trying the trapeze, rock climbing and aqua aerobics. If you’re looking for a child-free and relaxing atmosphere, check out the zen pool too.

Everything was great 👍, but day pass customers don't have a place to shower.

If you are not staying at Club Med, the next best thing is to get the day pass. There are so many activities you can do in 8 hours - knock yourself out!

Buffetnya enak, tapi rasanya 50/50. Papadomnya lembek, panna cottanya lebih terasa seperti kue (terlalu banyak gelatin). Aktivitasnya bagus, tapi sikap beberapa staf dipertanyakan. Saya datang lebih awal untuk berlayar setelah makan siang jam 2 dan meminta Gede untuk memberitahu saya jika sudah siap, karena dia tidak menawarkan formulir untuk saya isi (Anda seharusnya mengantre dengan menulis nama Anda di formulir). Dia tidak pernah memberitahu saya dan membiarkan saya tidak tahu apa-apa. Orang lain sudah berlayar, saya kesal setelah harus bertanya berkali-kali. Dia tampak kesal, padahal itu kesalahannya, namun dia masih berani bersikap sarkastik. Jika Anda orang Malaysia/pemegang Day Pass, harapkan standar ganda dari beberapa staf Malaysia (tim resepsionis luar biasa; yang lebih muda di tempat olahraga air ramah/santai, staf di panahan, panjat tebing luar biasa). Tetapi dibandingkan dengan bagaimana mereka memperlakukan tamu asing, perbedaannya cukup mencolok. Saat makan siang, saya harus memanggil pelayan berkali-kali untuk membersihkan sisa makanan, tetapi mereka melakukan hal yang sama untuk tamu asing tanpa diminta.

Wonderful day trip. Unlimited food and drinks, as well as activities all day long. The customer service is excellent too.

It's a shame it rained, so most of the activities were cancelled. I loved the lunch buffet spread and the hospitality of the staff there was pleasant.

warm welcome received by the staff, you have to really plan your time ahead to make use of the activities and facilities as much as possible. The staffs are friendly but the only thing that is weird is they take your car key as a security deposit, and this wasnt mentioned anywhere.
