We took a Day Pass for two adults + free entry for a 2-year-old child from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It's a really great place: everything is equipped for the complete safety of children, and for the convenience and full relaxation of guests. Doors in the children's area have a special lock, and there's a large children's pool area with a depth of 60 cm. Towels are provided, and the food is varied and truly delicious. Activities differ daily, so it's best to request the schedule in advance to understand when it would be best for you to visit. You must visit Club Med Phuket!

The resort provided lousy service. The staff were unwelcoming, had poor communication skills, and offered the lowest level of service compared to other Club Med resorts I've visited worldwide. I regret signing up for this. There were many cases of food poisoning, as you can see on their Google review page.

Among the things I've booked with Klook in Phuket, the quality is the lowest compared to the price. It's not special compared to other resorts in Southeast Asia. What you can get from this experience is that fortunately you didn't book a stay here. The shower facilities here are backward. I can't believe it's a 5-star rating. I was disappointed because of rusty lockers in the locker and the shower facilities that didn't control the temperature. The greed of the Clubmed executives who are just selling this for money is pathetic.

There were so many French people that all programs were conducted in French. A very brief explanation in English was provided at the end. If you weren't French, you felt excluded. There were so many French people, and the programs and shows were in French, which excluded all other people from the world. This was an embarrassing and unpleasant experience.
