SAMA Onsen & Massagem em Phuket City

We love the place for its nice esthetics and cleanliness. The staff received us with beautiful smile and very friendly gesture. she gave us clear instructions and they were very prompt on schedule. Our masseuse were very respectful and professional. They did the classical Thai massage which translated to acupressure and some stretching. The only downside is that after our massage the place smelled horrible, I think the staff warmed their dinner and caused the stinky smell.

It's located behind a gas station, a little way from the Old Town. The building and interior are beautiful, and the facilities are very clean. The staff who guide you are very friendly. I used the private hot spring for an hour, then received an aroma massage for an hour. It was the first day of my trip, and the massage therapists were so good that all my fatigue melted away. After the massage, they prepared warm tea and cookies for me. It's a very satisfying place.

Super entspannend! Die Thai-Massage war fantastisch und hat wirklich geholfen, alle Verspannungen zu lösen. Ich habe auch das Onsen geliebt – sauber, ruhig und so beruhigend. Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen! Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Various options were explained simply. The onsen soak is a totally different and nice experience. The massagers are very professional and communicative to adjust to our requirements. would love to attend again.

This onsen massage was truly beautiful and full of surprises! The Japanese-style design and decor were exquisite, and the staff were incredibly polite. Upon entering, everyone had to remove their shoes outside. After checking in, we filled out a form in the lobby where we could choose the massage intensity and specify areas for strengthening or weakening, as well as select our preferred essential oils. This time, we opted for a 1-hour onsen and a 1-hour deep tissue Thai massage, a 120-minute massage package for two, which was excellent value! The environment and atmosphere were superb. The onsen room was spacious, the onsen tub was large, and the water quality was warm. We wore Japanese yukatas, and there was a personal dressing room to freshen up. After an hour in the onsen, we moved to the adjacent room for the massage. The masseuses were very skilled and could speak English. After soaking and then getting a massage, I felt completely relaxed! After the entire process, we were offered biscuits and tea, which was a lovely touch! If I get the chance to visit Phuket again, I will definitely come back here!

First time to try body scrub and it was good. Massage was good too! I enjoyed the private onsen. It was my first time trying onsen since I have a tattoo and am not allowed in onsens in Japan. The place is very aesthetic too. I took a LOT of photos and videos. I had so much fun!

I forgot to contact them to arrange a date and time for our appointment (my fault 😓), but luckily they had a free room! We waited around 15 minutes for them to prepare it and then went for the onsen. It was our first time trying an onsen, and we were struggling in the hot water, haha, but after a while, it was very relaxing once we got used to it. The onsen room had all the essential items you needed—hair dryer, cotton pads, and even baby powder. I was really impressed! The massage was also great! After the massage, they provided us with tea and biscuits. This whole place is really peaceful and calming, a great way to end our trip ☺️

Very relaxing and satisfying experience. The staff is helpful and polite. Make sure to call beforehand to book your timing appointment on the day, otherwise they will ask you to wait 1-2 hours to squeeze you in on that day. Other than that, good experience. 10/10 recommend!!!
