It's located behind a gas station, a little way from the Old Town. The building and interior are beautiful, and the facilities are very clean. The staff who guide you are very friendly. I used the private hot spring for an hour, then received an aroma massage for an hour. It was the first day of my trip, and the massage therapists were so good that all my fatigue melted away. After the massage, they prepared warm tea and cookies for me. It's a very satisfying place.

We love the place for its nice esthetics and cleanliness. The staff received us with beautiful smile and very friendly gesture. she gave us clear instructions and they were very prompt on schedule. Our masseuse were very respectful and professional. They did the classical Thai massage which translated to acupressure and some stretching. The only downside is that after our massage the place smelled horrible, I think the staff warmed their dinner and caused the stinky smell.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sama Onsen in Phuket, and it was truly one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of my trip. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance immediately set the tone. The facilities were exceptionally well-maintained. The hot bath were incredibly soothing, especially after a long day of exploring. What I appreciated most was how calming the entire environment felt. It wasn’t crowded when I went, so it really felt like a private retreat. The staff were also very polite and accommodating, guiding me through the process since it was my first time experiencing an onsen. They made sure I felt comfortable and understood the etiquette, which I really appreciated. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in Phuket and looking for something unique and relaxing. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful escape from the usual tourist spots.

AMAZzzzING! I am the queen of massages and I believe that this was one of the best or the best massage that I have ever had! Soi was my masseuse and she was so good. I wish I had booked for longer, but I did book for a couple days later and I cannot wait. While I am here in Phuket, Sli and Sams will now be my official spot. Funny enough, I almost forgot to mention the spa. Please, it's very clean, the aesthetics and ambiance is beautiful, and the women there are extremely professional. It will definitely be a shocker that they are right next to a gas station, yet when you get here and walk in, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Thank you ladies. I feel super relaxed now! :)

The venue is very far from Patong Beach and Phuket Old Town. It's a traditional Thai massage with nothing new. The Japanese Onsen therapy is a myth. They only offered a bath in a small warm water pool, just like taking a geyser shower at home or in a hotel room.

The location is a bit out of town and not within walking distance, but the service was great and good value for money! The space is also very comfortable.
