Machiko-San took excellent care of us with a customized four hour walking tour of some of the highlights we wanted to see! we toured the Koishikawa Korakuen gardens, the imperial palace, and SHIBUYA. Machiko-San gave an in-depth overview of Japanese history and explained important things about what we were seeing that we’d totally have missed if she wasn’t there!

Excellent tour. Very obliging and informative guide

Our tour guide was incredibly kind. We received a handwritten card at our hotel the day before. The entire tour felt like a leisurely stroll with a good friend, with detailed explanations interspersed with casual conversation. We even encountered a newlywed couple at Meiji Jingu Shrine, and parents bringing their children to worship for the "Shichi-Go-San" festival. It was a wonderful and highly recommended experience.

Our tour guide Yoko is a super friendly, nice, accommodating lady. She answered all our questions and made us laugh. She even gave us directions after our tour. She's such a heartwarming lady, but she's also super knowledgeable about the places she takes you, especially all the histories. Even for places not on the tour itinerary, she could tell you almost everything, which was super interesting to us that she knows so much.

Extremely bad. I didn't get to participate in the tour at all. The tour guide canceled without warning and refused to refund me. This is outrageous. What do they want? This company has absolutely no credibility. If this isn't resolved, I will take legal action.

The price is expensive, and there's no private car pick-up service. We had to take the JR to tourist spots, which made the itinerary no different from going by ourselves, but we paid a high fee without receiving corresponding service.

A truly delightful journey! Our guide took us to so many places, and we gained a wealth of experiences.

The explanation was truly detailed! I learned a lot of interesting information and stories! The tour guide was very professional and enthusiastic!

It was good and awesome!!! we enjoyed the activity a lot.
