I am Korean, and the tour was very satisfying. I was the only Korean on the tour; although it was a joint tour with other foreigners, there was no difficulty communicating as we primarily used English. Hotel pickup is available in Göreme. I recall the departure time being around 4:40 AM. Since the boarding area is quite far, we drove for about an hour. Upon arrival, we had a simple snack (chai, bread) and then boarded our respective hot air balloons. In my case, it was a 12-person hot air balloon, and although three people were in one compartment, there was ample space. While there isn't a city below like Göreme, the mist and sunrise against the backdrop of the valley were truly fantastic. We ascended to about 1800m; even though I don't have a fear of heights, it was a dizzying altitude, so those with acrophobia might find it a bit challenging. After landing, we had a simple champagne party, which is typically when tips are given. I gave about 100 lira as a tip. By the time we returned to Göreme, it was approximately 9 AM. Personally, this was one of the most memorable moments in Turkey, so I highly recommend this tour. -Final tip: Hot air balloon rides are heavily affected by weather, so cancellations are very frequent. I had booked two tours in the Göreme area during my 4-day Cappadocia trip, but both were canceled. The last place I applied to was this one, and fortunately, it operated, allowing me to ride. When I returned to my accommodation and asked, they said that the Göreme area did not operate today. Based on that, it seems only the area I went to had balloons flying. Therefore, don't be disappointed if you can't fly in the Göreme area; I recommend trying to book a tour in a slightly more distant location.

Everything was nearly perfect from pickup (very close to on time) to easy snack before the flight. Watching the balloon inflate was fantastic. We had a very good captain so everything was very smooth and seamless in the air. Afterwards some company hiccup made it so we got back about an hour late. Highly recommend!

The pick-up was very punctual. We had cancelled all hot air balloon tours the day before, so we quickly rebooked this tour through Klook. We departed around 3 AM and drove for about an hour to the site, then prepared for the hot air balloon ride. We had a simple breakfast in the morning. The hot air balloon company staff were very polite and I highly recommend them. The price is very reasonable, and you don't necessarily have to choose Goreme, as the prices there are too expensive!

Shuttle car pick up was on time from hotel. The light breakfast provided was delicious. The hot air balloon flight was a great experience too and good value for money with 18 people basket. However, if you choose to fly at Soganli, make sure you allow 5 hours for the entire trip (picked up and then dropped off back to hotel) as Sognali Valley is far away from Goreme, hence the lower price. The only complaints were the shuttle bus was really cold and driver did not turn on heater despite being asked. In addition, we were not told which balloon we will take and had to find out ourselves which was inconvenient. Overall, happy with this booking.

this was such a great experience and not to be missed when you’re in cappadocia! they’ll pick you up from your hotel, have a light breakfast and you’re off to fly. breathtaking views, really. do remember to put on layers of clothes as it can get really cold. however, I had some issues with Klook when booking this but just make sure you chat with their agent and push for refund + compensation from Klook if you encounter any overlook of booking.

Our Soganli Valley flight was unfortunately cancelled due to high atmospheric wind velocity, but I was very impressed with how the team handled it. They didn't take any unnecessary risks and kept us informed the whole time. Safety should always come first in Cappadocia, and it’s clear this company takes that seriously. The communication regarding the cancellation and the refund process was smooth and professional. Disappointed not to fly, but I would trust this crew again in a heartbeat
