There was some delay in our tour but sure klook knows how to compensate. Overall, the tour was definitely worth it. Our guide was very flexible and we had great memories.keep up the good management, klook!

We had a 9am pickup. At 9:10, we called the tour provider who said she will call back. At 9:30 the driver/guide arrived and asked where we wanted to go. I said it was an pre-arranged tour. He said he got the call about our tour a few minutes before so he didn't know where we were supposed to go. I read to him the tour description. Anyway, he was hardworking and pleasant and we enjoyed the tour despite the earlier problem.

It was raining at the time, so I didn't really enjoy the walk.

The guide did not show up. I went to the meeting location 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but no one appeared. I ended up speaking with a Klook agent for 30 minutes. The operator finally messaged me on WhatsApp an hour after the scheduled time, only to inform me that the guide had an emergency and couldn't make it. I understand that such things can happen, but the tour operator should have contacted me immediately to prevent me from wasting money on transportation and, more importantly, my time.

The guide is friendly and we enjoyed the casual walk around Colombo. It prepares us well to interact with the locals.

The tour was fantastic, and the guide, Ms. Shashika, was very knowledgeable about the history and socio-economic issues. It started slightly late, but it was a very local experience as we walked along the infamous Galle Face area, the old Parliament House, ancient religious sites, and the local Pettah market, which was a unique experience. Lunch was also provided at a clean local food court with a variety of options. So, if you have a tight schedule, check out this tour and have a good time! We also had the chance to take local tuk-tuks, which was a quick and fun experience for everyone.
