Passeio Privativo por Jeju Oriental/Ocidental/Hidrangea/Seongsan Ilchulbong

During the trip, I found out that the museum was closed. It's unclear why the tour was sold without knowing that the museum would be closed on that day. I didn't receive any messages in my email. Be prepared that this is simply a transfer from point to point; the driver was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but he doesn't speak English. The route itself was interesting and beautiful, with the exception of the studio with photo zones. And even though the cherry blossoms hadn't fully bloomed yet, the driver took us to beautiful places, stopping at scenic spots when we asked. Overall, the impressions of the tour are good. It was a mini-group in a comfortable mini-bus. Our group was friendly and fun.

This is my best tour from K-looks. It captured what Jeju is. Though it rained the early part of the day, still we were able to enjoy the tour. Our guide, Ms. Yin was friendly, energetic and very pleasant. Ms. Yin made the tour extra special.

The tour guide was very kind and gave us a lot of travel information, as well as providing raincoats, water, etc. The whole trip went smoothly. Although the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet, the guide suggested we take long-distance photos of the canola flowers, which were actually very beautiful. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is stunning on a clear day. I'd love to join this tour group again! Many thanks to tour guide Yin for giving me an unforgettable day!

They canceled our tour without notice. We waited at the meeting point for 1 1/2 hours, and they never showed up. We tried calling them, but there was no answer. They finally responded to a WhatsApp message saying they had emailed us about the cancellation due to weather problems, but we never received an email or any notification. Another couple was waiting with us, experiencing the same issue. We are now waiting for our refund. I believe they are very unprofessional, and they wasted our time. We were unable to book another tour. 😫😤

Another couple was waiting for a long time and managed to contact Klook via WhatsApp. The person who replied mentioned that an email regarding the cancellation had been sent two days prior. I would like to know what happened and when we will receive the refund.
