What to expect
Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?
This activity includes a route from Jeju-si / Jeju airport to downtown, Seogwiop and so on. You may also customize the route according to your needs.
How long will be stay at each attraction?
We will discuss the itinerary with you before departure date to minimize driving time and suggest the best route. The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted according to the opening hour and your needs, and the driver will generally discuss this with you to ensure sufficient time for each visit. Please note that admission tickets are not included in this activity. You may purchase the tickets by your own on the site, or we can provide booking service before departure as well. For information on included fees, please refer to the package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes 9 hours of private charter service, a Chinese or English driver, driver meals, fuel fees, parking fee, toll fee. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, addition service (early departure service), baby seats, over-time and exceeding area fee, and so on.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
The operator will contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp, WeChat, or LINE) before your departure of 2-3 days to discuss the route. We will provide the driver information and car plate number in the afternoon ( 13:00~18:00pm ) before departure date.
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
All packages are set by default for pickup and drop-off in the center of Jeju City. If you would like to arrange pickup or drop-off outside of Jeju-si, please note that an additional fee will be charged.

- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

- A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage
- Luggage that over 32 inches is classified as two 32-inch pieces of luggage (occupying two seats)
- If you are carrying any luggage other than handbags, one additional item of luggage can be accommodated for each fewer person on board

- Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
- Children aged 0-2 can join this activity for free as long as they do not occupy a separate seat
- Children over 3 years old are charged the same price as adults
- If the weather is bad on the day of the activity, the travel date can be adjusted
- Due to unfavorable weather and other force majeure factors on the day of the event, the attractions will be closed, and no refunds will be accepted
- The flowering condition of flowers depends on the weather. If the flowering condition on the day of the event is not ideal, no refund will be accepted
- The itinerary is adjusted according to the sunset time, please refer to the final notification before departure
- The actual itinerary and pick-up time may vary depending on the weather or traffic conditions of the day, please understand
- If the scenic spot on the day of the event requires the driver/tour guide to buy a ticket to enter the venue, the driver/tour guide will not enter the venue, but will gather at the agreed place to wait
- For the convenience of contacting you, please confirm that your mobile phone has activated the international roaming service or provide the ID of Wechat/Whatsapp/Line (for guests who choose Line, please confirm that the ID has been set to be public in advance), we recommend using Whatsapp
- It is recommended to purchase accident insurance by yourself before traveling.
- In case of emergency on the day of the event, please contact the contact information at the bottom of the voucher
- The staff will contact you within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed, please make sure the contact information filled in the payment page is correct
- Activity time period: service time: 08:00 a.m.– 19:00 p.m.
- Waiting time policy: Please arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Any delays due to personal reasons are included in and calculated as part of the service time. (Please refer to the page to see more additions.)

We had a very obliging and responsive driver/tour guide, Andy. He is able to communicate to us in English and Mandarin. He can also speak korean. He brought us to various sight-seeing places and even shared some history of Jeju with us. He also recommended us to nice food places in Jegu. Thumbs up for Andy. Do choose him if you intend to come to Jeju for a tour.
Andy is our driver/tour guide. He is very patient and accomodating. He brought us to many different places to explore. Moreover, he is able to communicate in korean, english and mandarin. Thumbs up for his service.
It is our 2nd and final day in Jeju. Mr Oh, our guide punctually picked us up from our hotel before proceeding with the tour. At the end of the tour, he dropped us at the Jeju Airport as per our request. Mr Oh, also the guide for our day 1 tour had been very accommodating. We visited 3 places of interest in the itinerary as the 4th place, Seogwipo Forest of Healing was closed for maintenance. Instead, Mr Oh brought us to visit Mt Hallasan National Park and Halla Arboretum as we still had enough time before check-in time at airport. Indeed, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.
Mr Oh was very accommodating, friendly & patient with our booking. It was raining heavily but he made sure our itinerary was not affected. He even made sure we get as little wet as possible, we completed our itinerary & had time so he brought us to a nice cafe with beautiful seaview! Will recommend this to those who prefers a private transportation for their customer itinerary!
Our Guide was Mr. Kim Il Soo and he was very accommodating. He arrived on time and brought us around Jeju Island. He recommended good places for us to visit since it was our first time in Jeju. Jeju Island is easier to roam around when you have a private transportation, we were so happy we availed one and decided to use the private transpo rather than joining group tours since we personalized our trip to the areas we wanted to see. Mr. Kim made sure that we get to enjoy our trip. We appreciate him also for trying to speak in english and pointing out the tourist spots. 10/10 tour with Shim! Our group of 4 fit comfortably and we went to all of our tour destinations! We got done at about 9 hours and Shim even let us see a couple more destinations along the way. Highly recommend this tour as it takes away the guess work for you and let’s you relax. If you’re a planner, do this so YOU can enjoy your vacation and relax. Great service!
Very comfortable and easy way to travel around Jeju island if you don’t want to drive. After booking at the Klook, the company contacted me by WhatsApp (or your preferred way) about the driver details and confirmed the iternary. Our driver, Andy is very helpful and give us many useful information about Jeju. His English is very good. And he told us where about to buy fruit in the E-mart just next to my hotel (which I did not notice). He drive us to the entrance of the places and showed us the way or how to but the tickets. After finish the site-seeing, just texted him and he came back to pick us up just a few minutes. In conclusion, it is a very convenient way to visit this beautiful Jeju Island.
Myself and my family had a great time with Mr Oh as our guide for that day. He is patient and accommodating. We managed to cover all the itinerary. Indeed, we really enjoyed ourselves. 😊
Andy was extremely patient and a fantastic helper. I encountered an issue with my wallet, and he assisted me in retrieving it. Although the day wasn't ideal, we managed to complete the tour in a timely manner.
