Location easy to find. Our hotel was around the Shinjuku area, and we took the train from Shin-Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line) to Hamamatsucho Station (GET OFF). It's about 12 stops from Okubo Station, and from the S2 exit to Hinode Pier, allow extra time as it's a long walk from the station to the pier. The cruise ship is huge and perfect for spending 2 hours relaxing and chilling with snacks and all-you-can-drink beers, cocktails, and juices. It was a great experience! Highly recommended!

I usually don't write reviews because if I write a good one, more people come, and then it's inconvenient to use the service next time. But this place... it makes it impossible not to leave a review. If you're traveling to Tokyo with your significant other, I highly recommend it. If you're with family, skip it. You're on the boat for about 2 and a half hours, and for about an hour and a half, you can use the restaurant floor to the top deck almost privately. I was lucky; there were only 3 groups, so we had the large space to ourselves. It's great for confessing your feelings while enjoying the sea breeze, and there was even a couple celebrating a birthday. When returning to port, the boat pauses at Rainbow Bridge, allowing you to truly experience the beautiful city of Tokyo. "Tokyo is beautiful?" Some might be skeptical, but when the boat circles under Rainbow Bridge, it's truly thrilling. Anyway, I strongly recommend this place for couples. I came alone this time, but I definitely plan to come back with my girlfriend on my next trip.

Except for the navigation system giving wrong directions—actually, if you just exit Hamamatsucho Station and walk straight towards the Hinode Pier route, you'll first see the waterfront restaurant, then turn right for about 3 minutes and you'll see it! The waitstaff on the boat were all super polite and thoughtfully reminded us of great photo spots on the deck, and even proactively came out to take pictures with us. The food, drinks, and beautiful scenery were incredibly relaxing! It's also a great itinerary for couples proposing or for relieving stress, and it's excellent value for money ❤️ Don't forget the souvenirs on board! You can even hold a sea wedding on the cruise if you wish 😘

We had such an amazing time on the Symphony all-you-can-drink cruise. We spent quality time away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The service was top-notch. Everything—the view, snacks, and drinks—was amazing. I would love to go back someday when I travel to Japan again in a few years. It was quiet, and no one disturbed us, unlike other cruises which are usually noisy, loud, and disturbing. But this one was absolutely amazing! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Un barco y una experiencia hermosos. No esperábamos un barco tan ornamentado a este precio, ni una comida de tan alta calidad. El personal de la terminal fue muy servicial y la tripulación fue muy amable. Navegación tranquila, excelentes bebidas, música encantadora y vistas estelares de la bahía y el paisaje urbano.

The boat ride was nice and they provided small snacks. The cassis orange was the best drink, imp. You can go out to the deck and take beautiful pictures. Sunset was a nice time to go; the view looked nice in the day and beautiful as the sun went down. There’s a small souvenir shop where you can also purchase love locks and lock them out on the deck. There was a performance at the end as well. Overall, it was a memorable, relaxing experience.

Absolutely recommend. Much fancier than I expected. They served us food and had a solo saxophone performer. Watching the sunset from the boat was amazing, although I think this time of year the sunset happened too late to also see the Rainbow Bridge lit up as we went under. Still worth it though!

It was a reserved table on the top floor, and we were able to enjoy it quietly. The time and weather were so perfect that we enjoyed both the sunset and moonrise simultaneously. The appetizers, sausage main, mojito, and beer were all excellent, making it great value for money.

¡Excelente viaje en crucero! Las bebidas estuvieron geniales, al igual que los aperitivos. Disfrutamos mucho estar afuera en la cubierta y admirar todas las vistas. El personal fue muy amable y atento. El proceso de embarque fue rápido y sencillo. El barco estaba limpio y espacioso; ¡definitivamente lo recomendaríamos!
