A 5-star hotel Valentine's Day package for just over 500 dollars is excellent value. The Valentine's Day desserts were delicious, and there was even a live band performing. Overall, it's highly recommended!

First, if you're bringing children, you can't dine at the originally designated spot. Since we had children with us, we had to switch to the Chinese restaurant for our meal. However, the food we originally ordered could still be delivered to the Chinese restaurant. Service was 100%. The decorations were also 100%.

Celebrated boyfriend’s birthday. Food and service were great! The dessert had “Happy birthday” and a candle on it! We ordered the tiramisu. Drinks were really nice! (Bf ordered lemon tea and I ordered osmanthus jasmine tea). Delicious! Staff helped us to take photos. Great experience!

After selecting your drinks, they will first serve your beverages, followed by English scones and fruit, and then the main event: the three-tiered set. Overall, the food tastes good, and the staff are very friendly.

The lunch food at the Grand Hyatt Hotel's lobby lounge, especially the desserts and coffee, is delicious. The staff provides excellent, friendly, and courteous service. They even proactively offered to take our photos.
