- Kintsugi é uma antiga arte japonesa que envolve consertar cerâmicas quebradas usando ouro. É ensinado com base no princípio de que, quando você conserta uma cerâmica quebrada e ilumina as rachaduras com ouro, você está criando uma obra de arte ainda mais bonita.
- É muito aplicável a pessoas de todas as gerações, jovens e idosos, que podem passar por 'quebras' (sofrimento emocional) e podem se sentir sobrecarregadas por certas 'rachaduras' (eventos infelizes) devido ao estresse no trabalho ou problemas de relacionamento com amigos, familiares ou colegas.
- Através da sessão de cura Kintsugi, ensinamos aos participantes como fazer as conexões certas (colando os pedaços de cerâmica quebrados) e se recuperar das dificuldades e seguir em frente com a vida.
- A Arte Kintsugi também nos ensina sustentabilidade - conserte e reutilize seus pratos, tigelas de cerâmica quebrados, etc. Não os jogue fora!
- Todos são bem-vindos para aprender Kintsugi - Jovens, adultos, idosos, LGBTQ e acessível para cadeirantes.

O que esperar
Comece sua sessão com uma breve apresentação sobre a história do Kintsugi e como ele se relaciona com nossas vidas diárias. Em seguida, você escolherá uma peça de cerâmica japonesa e a quebrará!
Depois disso, você deverá consertar a cerâmica rachadura por rachadura e finalizar com uma pincelada de pó de ouro.
Você voltará para casa com uma linda obra-prima Kintsugi finalizada em uma adorável caixa de presente de flor de Sakura.

I had a wonderful and excellent experience on this workshop! From the sharing on what is kintsugi about, the breaking, the mending and the sharing! the therapy also spoke personally to me! the friendly teacher Nilo & assistant Chong were very approachable too!
I was intrigued by the tagline "Broken made beautiful," and I was blown away by the experience. From the process of selecting our pottery piece, breaking, arranging, sticking the pieces together, fixing, and adding the finishing touches, it was indeed therapeutic. Nilo, the lovely lady who started this studio, was so warm and generous. My girl enjoyed the session thoroughly and asked me when will be the next time we would return. Thank you, Nilo, for starting @kintsugiartstudio and hosting us. ❤️
Had an Amazing time. Really relaxing experience creating my piece . Met some lovely people at the class. Also learnt about kintsugi as an art form. The beginners workshop was deffo worth it and good value for money. The instructor was really knowledgeable and patient with us.
Went for the beginners course. It was a relaxing and easy to follow course. Ceramics, resin and tools are provided. The studio is a nice stylish space and Nilo is a great mentor~

Nilo is such a patient, pleasant and beautiful coach. Having to understand more about Kintsugi and the beauty behind the "broken art" is a constant reminder to ourselves to see life in a different perspective. We enjoyed the class through the few hours!

Nilo was a great lady who was really patient with us throughout the entire sessions I’m also truly amazed at how she incorporated healing into the whole Kintsugi concept. I truly appreciated the effort at this attempt to incorporate mental wellness and I hope more people would benefit from her sessions! We went there for our 5th dating anniversary, and it was an interesting experience indeed and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
Learned about the history of Kintsugi and how to mend broken ceramics. Nice and relaxing workshop. Enjoyed the whole session.
