The itinerary provided many suggestions, and the driver was also very good.

Kumamoto'dan Takachiho Boğazı ve Aso Dağı'na günübirlik gezi rezervasyonu yaptırdık, yol boyunca çeşitli tapınakları ziyaret ettik. Yol boyunca manzara muhteşemdi. Şoförümüz Bay Liu, cana yakın ve güvenli araç kullanıyor. Araç temiz ve geniş. Öğle yemeği tavsiyesi iyiydi.

The driver was incredibly professional and friendly. Not only did they arrive on time and have a clean, comfortable car, but they also expertly guided us through all the essential sights for an entire day. We didn't have to check maps or rush for transportation; we could stop whenever we wanted, take photos as we pleased, and they even recommended fantastic local eateries for our meals—from famous places with long queues to hidden gems, we were completely satisfied with everything we ate.

Mr. Zuo is a very professional driver and tour guide. The itinerary was well-arranged, and we could take breaks whenever needed along the way. The weather on January 1st was excellent, with a clear blue sky and warmth. Mount Aso was incredibly spectacular. We had a lucky start to 2025.

Overall, the biggest highlight was our driver, Xiao Zuo. Our group consisted of 10 people, ranging from 70 years old to 2 years old, with both vegetarians and meat-eaters. Xiao Zuo was able to assist us with every detail of our arrangements and provided translation. He also promptly offered a lot of local insider information. My family was very satisfied with the service this time!

Although the driver was Japanese and only spoke Japanese, everything went smoothly. We used Google Translate for our destinations. The driving was very steady, not fast, so make sure to allow enough time.

I canceled my trip due to a typhoon. What's strange is that the government advised everyone not to go out, yet this supplier didn't proactively cancel and still required customers to cancel themselves! I only got a 70% refund for canceling, which is completely unreasonable! I advise everyone not to purchase tours from this company!

The attractions on this trip were all quite far from Hakata, with each journey taking about 2 hours. Therefore, chartering a car was the best option. The driver was professional and communicated smoothly, adapting to the situation and discussing changes with us. It was excellent! 👍

Our hostess, Sister Yuting, picked us up right on time. She was also very accommodating when we changed our itinerary midway, which made us very satisfied.
