Each time, he would tell us the driving time to the next attraction and the recommended duration for each stop, hoping we could see as many sights as possible within 12 hours. In the end, we only missed Daikanbo; we visited all the others 🥰. If you're traveling to Aso with family and no one can drive, I highly recommend a private car charter for a day trip! The only drawback: it's still a bit expensive... Personally, I feel that a private car charter should be for longer distances... It seems a bit unreasonable to pay extra for highway tolls and parking fees 🤔. However, traveling abroad means spending money... so as long as you have fun, that's what matters 👍🏻.

He also took great care of the three elderly people in our group; he's a gentle and kind person! Our main goal was to take a helicopter ride to see Mount Aso, but we didn't do enough research and couldn't get there early to queue, so we missed the helicopter near Aso. Xiao Yu then suggested taking us to the zoo to catch a helicopter there, and thankfully, our efforts paid off – we got on! However, we didn't get to do most of the planned itinerary, only visiting Kusasenri, the zoo, and taking the helicopter. But being able to overlook such a magnificent volcano from a helicopter was totally worth it! On the way back, we got stuck in traffic, and even though we went over by an hour, it only cost 5,000 yen, which was cheap!

This time, we rented a car with a driver in Kumamoto. Our driver, Master Chang, was very talkative and provided excellent service and information. Because we wanted to see Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso, the journey was quite long and the locations were spread out, so it felt a bit rushed. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient, and communicating via Line after booking was also very easy. Confirming our intentions beforehand to arrange the itinerary was great.
