Excursão Guiada de 3 Dias ao Lago Rosa, Kalbarri e Margaret River

I joined the 3-day tour and visited some of the best scenic landmarks in Western Australia. Our drivers for the tour were Jon and Robert, and they were both professional, punctual, and helpful, giving us clear instructions at every stop. The itinerary was also well-planned and paced, making it a convenient and great way to explore WA without driving. A special shout-out to Robert for being so humorous and friendly. I enjoyed his stories and insights into WA throughout the trip!

Our guide for the first 2 days was Jon. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy throughout the tour, so we couldn't fully enjoy the dunes. However, we were lucky enough to view the Pink Lake twice. This arrangement is great, just in case the color isn't as vibrant during one of the visits. The stay at Kalbarri Palm Resort wasn't as pleasant, but we understand it's a remote area. There were quite a lot of gnats. I felt itchy while sleeping, but I don't think there are many choices in the area, apart from another resort down the street that appears more modern. While many focus on the Pink Lake, Nature's Window shouldn't be underrated. We were lucky to have Jon help us take photos (he's a pro photographer). It was a scary hike for me, but it was worth it. The Kalbarri Skywalk and the Pinnacles are equally stunning. Our tour guide for our third day was Robert, and he's equally professional and nice. It's great that he helped us get an earlier train at the Busselton Jetty so we could make the best use of our time for lunch and a nice stroll along the shore. I think we could have had more time in Busselton and less at the winery, though. Overall, it's a great and hassle-free experience, perfect for tourists who don't drive and want to skip the planning part of their trip.

Our 3-day tour took place from July 11-13, 2025. Our tour guide/driver on the first day was Ms. Lei Meng, and for the other days, it was Michael. They were both very pleasant and shared a lot of informative details with us. The tour went very smoothly. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The unique pink color of Hutt Lagoon was definitely worth visiting. The Lobster Shack for lunch was so delicious. All our respect goes to Ms. Lei Meng and Michael, who do a great job there – a true example of excellent tour guides!

The trip was wonderful! The first two days were a bit challenging due to the long travel distance from Perth to Kalbarri, but the journey itself was smooth and well-paced. Our driver and guide, Rob, was incredibly kind and patient. We made plenty of rest stops at restaurants and restarea, so we never had to worry about toilets along the way. Any tiredness from the drive was absolutely worth it — once we arrived at the destinations, the breathtaking scenery made it all worthwhile. Every spot felt like a reward on its own. My first 2-day trip to Pink Lake was with tour guide Michael. He was patient and a very good driver, as the trip took almost the entire day to reach our destination. Thank you for taking us there. Jon was our driver and tour guide for our first 2-day, 1-night tour from Escape to WA. We were picked up at 7:30 AM at our Airbnb (pickup allowed at Airbnb locations within their listed postal code). There were two previous stops before us to pick up one solo traveler and a family of three, making our group a maximum of 11 people in the minivan. There were sufficient toilet breaks along the way, and the guide was informative, providing enough information and rest time, as the entire journey is a very long drive. The itinerary was as follows: Lancelin Sand Dunes Lobster Shack Cervantes (lunch included) Leaning Tree Hutt Lagoon (pink lake) Natural Bridge Kalbarri Accommodation: Kalbarri Palm Resort (1 night) Golden Wok (dinner, Asian, not included) Next day: Red Bluff Bakery Cafe (breakfast if not included) 7:15 AM Check out Kalbarri Palm Resort Nature’s Window Kalbarri Skywalk Hutt Lagoon (pink lake, repeat visit) Central Greenough Cafe (lunch, not included) The Pinnacles Desert 7:30 PM Drop off at Airbnb The guide said we were lucky as the pink lake was really, really pink (pictures don't do it justice at all), and that in other months it might look grayish. To note: some attractions had a lot of flies, which were very annoying, flying around your face and resting on your back and legs. The number of flies was horrid. We were told that in summer, it's a million times worse, and you definitely need to wear a face hat net. So, it's best to avoid this tour during summer. Day 3 of the tour: another driver, Robert, picked us up with the same minivan (7 of us + family of 3 = total 10 people). 7:15 AM Pick up at Airbnb Busselton Jetty Shelter Brewing Co (lunch, not included) The Margaret River Chocolate Company Providore Margaret River Cape Lavender Teahouse Canal Rocks Broadwalk Lake Clifton Thrombolites 7:45 PM Drop off at Airbnb — overall, I highly recommend this tour as the price is affordable, it's hassle-free, and it offers extensive coverage of areas outside of Perth city. So go book it!

The guide Johnny is very helpful. I love the fact the we were picked up at our residency, the occasional and frequent toilet breaks throughout the journey, the offers to guide us to the best photo taking places, the farm where we had lunch together, the lobster shack, the sightseeing places, etc. There are countless wonders in this trip. A must join in your trip to WA.

I experienced many firsts in life – the Lancelin sand dunes desert, a beautiful unfiltered sunset, the Pinnacles Desert, and the Busselton Jetty train. Although the drive to Kalbarri was long, the scenery was amazing and well worth the visit. This was a truly worthwhile experience and a very well-organized tour, from pickup to drop-off and everything in between. Our tour guide, Robert, was very nice, knowledgeable, and humorous, and the itinerary was well-arranged to ensure we saw the most beautiful views at the right times at each destination. The tour guide kept us safe and engaged during the long drive to the destinations from Perth city (650km), with about 8 toilet breaks. He narrated everything he knew about the surroundings along the journey while driving. We had one overnight stay at Kalbarri Palm Resort; the night was clear, and we saw many kangaroos. On our third day, guide Leo was really friendly and showed us the different angles of the Canal Rocks sea view from a safely walkable path. He helped us take group photos. The moon was big, round, and bright, lighting up our journey back to Perth as our tour came to an end.

Such a lovely experience! Our guide Robert was very knowledgeable about all the locations, sharing interesting anecdotes while ensuring we are all taken care of. He had great recommendations on places to eat at each location and was more than happy to answer all our questions.
