Amazing views and our guide Nia was super nice and friendly. Transportation was comfortable and the homestay was warm and cozy. Would be better (for the tour operator) to: 1. Message us immediately after receiving the order on Klook 2. Remain contactable as much as possible 3. Communicate timings better 4. Serve/find better food

Unsatisfactory package. - The tour description was bare minimal. - The itinerary was emailed at 2 AM on the first day of the tour and was very inconsistent with what the driver mentioned on the day. - It didn't specify needing a tent or camping essentials, or any meals provided until the start of the tour itself, which incurred extra expenses to rent at the ranger station. Moreover, for breakfast/lunch venues (own expenses), we didn't have a choice; it was picked by the driver. - For the price of $170 each, we basically only got a driver.
