The atmosphere is good and relaxing. The massage therapists are lovely and provide excellent service. The massage is comfortable, and the massage oil smells wonderful. On days when I'm stressed and tired from work, it feels like a real recharge. I will definitely use this service often.

Very good. The massage pressure was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was private, and there was a shower available if you didn't like feeling sticky. We booked through Klook and made an appointment via the app without any issues.

I couldn't use the booking right away. Contacting Harnn staff via their official Line account didn't get much response. I had to call, and when I did, the staff repeatedly confused the dates and times, which made me quite uneasy. [I asked on Line on March 15th, got a reply on March 16th, and the actual answer on March 17th, after I had to follow up and they called to explain further. The answers were very circular. In the end, what I was wondering if I could get, I couldn't. They didn't just give a clear answer. And then they even asked me at the end if I wanted to book for March 15th, which was a past date. So confusing!] It's quite contradictory that they ask for a specific date and time, but the staff gets the dates and times wrong. I called both the Harnn official call center and Harnn Rama 9, and it was the same everywhere. [For Harnn Rama 9, I told them I was available at 6 PM for a total of 90 minutes. But when the staff repeated the time, they said '6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, right?' I almost went along with it. What time did you book for me? We just talked about this. This was over the phone.] The store itself was also hard to find. Overall, I was only impressed with the service and everything once I actually arrived at the store. But the pre-service was so bad that I don't want to use either Klook or Harnn again. First time using it, and I'm completely fed up. I'm deleting the app.

The service staff were excellent, and the massage technique was very good. There's a shower room available if you don't like feeling a bit sticky from the oil, and they provide everything, including a hairdryer.

Clean, good massage, relaxing. The staff were excellent. There was a wide variety of aromatic oils to choose from. Highly recommended! Buying through Klook gets you an even better price.
