Although the tour guide will not accompany you throughout the entire trip and the price is not cheap, there will be a simple introduction during the drive, and the attractions visited are all very beautiful. It also saves you the trouble of arranging your own transportation. If you are traveling with a small group and are not self-driving, this tour is still highly recommended. Finally, I suggest not staying too long on the beach for the penguin parade at Phillip Island! Returning to the boardwalk area earlier will allow you to see the little penguins returning home from a closer distance. You can also look around the boardwalk area before it gets dark, and you might actually spot a lone penguin!

We are two adults and a teenager, and it was difficult to find the address. Luckily, we called the driver, and he was able to tell us where to wait. The tour was enjoyable. We chatted with Klook service, but they didn't provide a solution, which was very disappointing. Please improve this. Thanks.

Highly recommended! The itinerary is rich and varied, and the driver/guide is very gentle and provides excellent commentary in both Chinese and English. It's especially recommended for children who don't understand much English. We got to feed kangaroos to our heart's content, and the penguins were incredibly cute!

The distances between these itineraries are quite far, so there's no need to worry at all with a one-day tour; you can relax and enjoy. The steam train and feeding kangaroos were unforgettable experiences, but the penguin parade was more disappointing than expected.

The tour guide and driver were experienced and provided detailed explanations, arranging good spots to see the penguins. At the zoo, we could get up close with kangaroos.

We received a notification one day in advance to change the itinerary, requiring an additional payment to switch to another tour. Unfortunately, the chocolate factory is inaccessible due to daylight saving time.

The tour was great and the guide/driver was very informative about the different attractions. We were shocked that photo taking was not allowed when the penguins were coming onto the shore and no explanation was given. I can understand if flash photography is not allowed as it may scare them, but even non-flash photography or videography? Nevertheless, my mother and I had a great time.

Our driver and Chinese-speaking guide, Curtis, was extremely professional and possessed extensive knowledge about Australia's unique animal species. Tourists can quickly gain an understanding of the local environment and ecology during the short one-day trip, taking in all the scenery outside Melbourne. It was truly a worthwhile journey.
