I asked at the office twice, and they said that exchanging the pass with them was several months ago. Currently, you can directly take the paper voucher to any museum within the pass's scope to exchange it for an art passport. I successfully exchanged it at CCCB and used the art passport to visit all the museums. After getting stamps from all museums, you can redeem a gift (a pen that makes you feel empty, lonely, and cold) at the gift shop of the last museum. I recommend visiting the National Art Museum of Catalonia last, as it's very large and takes a whole day to see, or the ticket staff might tell you that your ticket is valid for two days, so you can finish it the next day. However, I suggest starting early because you can't rent the audio guide for two days at once. The Picasso Museum, Miró Foundation, and Catalonia National Art Museum offer Chinese audio guides (ask at the ticket counter first, as some are purchased there and some directly from the audio guide rental point).

I visited six places efficiently and was glad to have seen all the major museums in Barcelona. The red passport-shaped item serves as a certificate in place of a ticket. Initially, if you go to the underground tourist information center at Plaça de Catalunya, they will immediately exchange it for an admission ticket (passport-shaped).

We easily exchanged our tickets at the Picasso Museum, and it was wonderful to admire Picasso's diverse paintings. At the Contemporary Culture Center, the children had a great time at the game exhibition. I recommend purchasing tickets at the beginning of your trip and visiting these places whenever you have a chance.

Convenient and fast, seeing the four art museums—Picasso, Museu Nacional, Miró, and MACBA—makes the pass worthwhile. But the most convenient aspect is the fast-track entry without needing to book a time slot, allowing you to visit whenever you like. CCCB sometimes features 18+ special exhibitions, so if you're traveling with children, it's best to check online beforehand to avoid a wasted trip if you can't enter the exhibition.

It was a bit difficult to retrieve the passport, and it must be done at the Tourism de Barcelona office in Catalunya. Compared to the past, being able to retrieve it at any of the 6 museums would be better. Overall, it was worth the value for 365 days of use.
