It was the best. I went to see the Champions League match against Napoli. The game was from the middle tier, offering a good overall view. Although it didn't have the same immersive feeling as being pitchside, the seats were cushioned and very comfortable. The next day, I went on a stadium tour, and visiting the locker rooms, tunnel, and even the bench was an incredibly exciting experience. Also, the Uber voucher was a huge help. It said it expired on the day of the match, but I was able to use it the next day without any problems. It's quite a good deal at 20 pounds per person. I think this price, including the stadium tour, is truly a bargain. I considered various secondary market sites, but I'm really glad I booked with KLOOK. Manchester was blue!

I chose the 93:20 package (the contents of the package I received were slightly different from what Klook advertised, and I have already reported this to Klook). Nevertheless, the entire package includes a lot of content and offers excellent value for money, especially on weekday match days when ticket prices are relatively cheaper. Below are the package contents I received: 1. Match Tickets: I received the match tickets two days before the game. Please note that you need to save the tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet for contactless entry. The 93:20 package has its own lounge, but when we entered about an hour and a half early, most seats were already taken. There was food available for purchase, and the overall experience was good. (Note: Beer is not allowed in the stands.) We were seated in the highest row of section 221. Apart from the corner kicks, where the view might be slightly obstructed by the crowd, the overall visibility was quite good. 2. National Football Museum Tickets: Located in the city center, not near the stadium. You need to use the link provided by the agent to book tickets, and entry is via QR code, which is not difficult. It's not very large, but there's plenty to see and do, making it worth a visit. 3. Stadium Tour: This package only allows entry on non-match days. Since I didn't want to make a special trip back on another day, I didn't use it. I've seen related videos online, which are mostly general introductions to the stadium's history, and it didn't seem particularly special. 4. Uber Voucher (£20): As long as you're not too far from the city, it can generally cover the cost of an UberX. However, be aware that during peak hours, travel time will increase. If you use a service other than UberX (e.g., Comfort), the cost might exceed £20 due to extended travel, requiring an additional payment for the difference. Also, only one voucher can be entered per person. If you need to use it for a round trip, you might need a friend traveling with you to help. 5. [Not listed in the package, but received] Manchester Sightseeing Bus: Originally £15, it operates on a hop-on hop-off basis. You scan a QR code, and the bus has a semi-open top, allowing you to enjoy the breeze and the nice scenery. There's recorded commentary along the way. However, it would be very cold on a chilly day. If you have time, it's worth experiencing. You can get off at the Football Museum, visit it, and then re-board. (Note the timetable; there aren't many buses throughout the day, and it must be used within five days after the match). 6. [Not received] Uber Eats Voucher (£20): This was not actually included in the package.

For Manchester City fans who are thinking of going to Etihad Stadium to watch a game, if you're an infrequent visitor and not a regular resident season ticket holder, you should definitely consider booking a package with KITS Sports Bar! You won't have to queue with large numbers of fans for the restroom; the bar's restrooms have fewer queues and are cleaner. Plus, there are free drinks and coffee available at all times, and most importantly, unlimited free Asahi beer is served during halftime – it's truly refreshing! Not to mention, the soft seating area selected by Klook offers an excellent view, making the entire match very comfortable to watch!

The Citizen seats were the best. The food was delicious, and the VIP experience was incredible. The ticket arrangements were perfect, allowing us to use the service with complete peace of mind. Although it was a bit pricey, I believe it was worth every penny.

It was a memorable trip for me. I enjoyed it so much. I also had an Etihad Stadium tour and a national museum tour. I didn't manage to use the Uber 25 pound voucher as it's only applicable for match days. It would be perfect if we could have the seat number much earlier. I felt nervous as I needed to reach the UK first before I knew my seat number (2-5 days prior to match day). If we could have the seat number even before we fly, then I would feel much better. Two Premier League clashes, fantastic! Liverpool fans are in full force, and Manchester City fans are not to be outdone. The match was brilliant, and the package also included a £20 Uber voucher, a stadium and football museum tour, and a free bus tour – what a great deal!

The arrangements were excellent, the location was superb, and it was a wonderful travel experience. Being able to book the last game in March and witness the championship battle was a rare opportunity.

Overall, it was a great experience. The entry process was smooth and well-organized, with clear instructions from the staff. The seating was well arranged and offered a good view, and the atmosphere at the venue was amazing. The price was reasonable compared to other platforms, and the booking process was easy and convenient. Definitely a memorable experience, and I would use Klook again for similar events.
