You can go to the lounge three hours before the match to eat. It's all-you-can-eat, but drinks are extra. Once the stands open, they'll notify you and you can go in to take photos. The seats bought through Klook were ideal, very central, and offered a clear view! You can go eat again at halftime (I didn't, I was too full 😂), and after the match, you can stay and eat for another hour before leaving, letting the crowds thin out a bit. It was a fantastic experience, my match was UEFA, and the atmosphere was incredible! The last-minute winning goal was truly unbeatable! At HKD 2100, it was excellent value (compared to watching a warm-up match in Hong Kong 😂).

I received the ticket via email a couple of days before the match, downloaded it onto my phone under Wallet, and it was a fuss-free process to enter the stadium grounds. Brodies Lounge's atmosphere was fantastic, and it was an amazing match against Man Utd, even though we didn't win.

I went to watch the game with my son. The stadium staff were very kind and helpful. First, after entering the stadium, we received free food (hamburgers, chicken, chocolate tarts, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.), and then headed to the field! We made some wonderful memories! I recommend arriving more than two hours before the game starts. You also get one free drink at halftime.

I participated in December 2025. I'm a man in my 30s. It was my long-cherished dream to visit Anfield, so I was excited the whole time. All the explanations were in English, but I was given a portable tablet with a general overview of the explanations, which helped me understand. I wanted to see everything, including the locker room, interview room, and pitchside, so it was a fun and fleeting experience. What a breeze. My once in a lifetime experience, and the experience was very smooth. The tour operator would only email you the tickets 2-3 days before the match, so just bear this in mind. We bought the hospitality package that comes with Kenny Dalglish side seats, and also the buffet before match in the premier lounge if I'm not wrong. The buffet spread was as expected, nothing too great, but the seats are limited, you have to squeeze through some people to get seats, and some inconsiderate people would just hord their belongings like bags or jacket on empty seats next to them.
