It was unexpectedly really fun! It's great to be able to explore Liverpool by boat, and it felt so refreshing. After one loop, get off and visit the museums and galleries right next door! It was especially nice to ride on a clear day.

The Mersey Ferry stopped operating on May 22nd. My wife and I only found out when we arrived at the pier before the scheduled time, which wasted our day's itinerary. Klook provided no notification. This is your mistake, Klook, so why are you only refunding 60% and not the full amount? I now demand a full refund from Klook and notification of when the refund will be processed.
