Cobá, Chichén Itzá, Cenote & Valladolid com Almoço Buffet

There's an issue with Klook's listing title. It stated that a buffet lunch was included, but after I booked the tickets, the details showed that the cost did not include it. In the end, we paid extra for the buffet lunch on the day, but the food was completely not worth the price the restaurant charged, which was very disappointing. The tour guide had a very strong English accent. My husband, who has lived in the US for nearly 30 years, could only understand about half of his English. We often couldn't tell if he was speaking English or Spanish. However, we could definitely feel the guide's dedication. We departed from downtown Cancun, and it was truly a packed itinerary. We had to be at the meeting point at 4:45 AM and only returned around 8:30 PM, making it a very tiring day. Because Chichen Itza was unexpectedly closed that day, the guide took us to Ek Balam instead. We didn't realize we were running out of water and suffered from heatstroke after about half an hour without rehydrating. The weather that day was incredibly hot, which meant we didn't have the energy to properly visit Ek Balam; we just wanted to get back to the entrance as quickly as possible to buy water. The planning by the staff at Ek Balam was not good enough; many ruins lacked English explanations, and there was nowhere to buy water inside the site, only at the entrance and the parking lot. We hadn't originally planned to swim in the Ik Kil cenote, but we didn't expect that the staff would require us to pay for a life vest and locker even just to dip our feet in the water. Otherwise, entry was completely denied, and we could only view the cenote from the observation deck. Since the water quality inside wasn't very clean, we decided not to go in later.

¡Cubrimos muchos lugares de interés en un solo día! ¡El guía Omar fue genial! Fue un día largo y la ruta de recogida/entrega lo hizo aún más. El autobús era cómodo y el horario bueno. El cenote estaba bastante frío y el almuerzo buffet fue normal. El precio era contradictorio entre la reserva de Klook y la aplicación del tour, y hubo varios gastos adicionales. Lo recomendaría, solo hay que estar prevenido.

Me encantó este viaje. Nuestro guía Ricardo explicó el significado de Chichén Itzá y la cultura y creencias mayas con detalle y perspicacia. El cenote Chichikan era hermoso y relajante. Me alegré de que Valladolid fuera una parada corta, ¡ese mercado es tan tentador! ¡Opta por el triciclo en Cobá si quieres tener energía más tarde para Chichén Itzá!

Tuvimos un tiempo increíble con Rodrigo y Alejandro. Rodrigo sabe mucho de todo. Como persona a la que le gusta aprender, ¡en 12 horas con Rodrigo aprendí sobre historia y mucho más! Estaba lloviendo, pero la lluvia nunca molestó a Rodrigo. Además, Alejandro “Alex” nos mantuvo seguros en la carretera. ¡Gracias, chicos! Son increíbles.

導遊：導遊同司機都好好，景點解釋得好好，對歷史背景都好熟！ 行程安排：但係Cancun出發既朋友，除非你腰骨好好，絕對不建議參加呢個團，因為Ameigo Tour 係會安排Cancun做第一個站，你會0445左右上車，跟住會坐2個鐘既車去Cancun既南邊既城市，Tulum接其他既團友，大概2個鐘左右，之後先再出發去第一個景點，去到第一個景點大概係0830。回程就仲癲，你會係最後一個被送返去，最後一個景點係1530離開，送曬其他人先返Cancun，我地返到Cancun，係9點左右。坐車到骨都散！其實Cancun, Tulum 同景點，大概係一個3角形，可以想像Cancun出發既人係First In Last Out，行多左幾多路。比個參考大家，最後Pickup 既嗰一個團友，上車時間係0730左右，下車時間係1630左右。

行程很棒，導遊很專業，一切都是很棒的體驗。

Thanks to our guide Rodrigo and driver Rogelio, we had a pleasant and informative time. Rodrigo was truly amazing, leading us with passion throughout the long tour of over 12 hours. Thanks to the tour, we were able to learn a lot about Mayan civilization. It was a very happy time, enjoying a lunch buffet full of Mayan food and having fun swimming in the cenote. If you plan to stay in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend Amigo Tour's programs haha.

I highly recommend this tour. Many places to visit and absolutely amazing. The tour guide, Jonathan is nice, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I prefer having him again if booking next time. I love Cenote so much

The worst experience I’ve ever had booking a tour through Klook. The title of the tour and the actual package details were completely different—the package did not include the buffet lunch! My original booking was canceled, and I was asked to switch to this tour instead. The representative told me that they could change the booking directly, but I was worried that I wouldn’t receive a new booking number, so I decided to book the same tour again myself. However, the tour I booked did not include the buffet lunch at all. I also heard from other travelers that the lunch break was only about 40 minutes, which was extremely rushed because it was combined with the time allocated for cenote . On top of that, if you depart from Cancun, you won’t arrive back until almost 10 p.m.（The tour guide and driver was good!) Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and the tour information on Klook was misleading and inconsistent with the actual package.

the sites are amazing. the guide prefers to speak in spanish making it hard for the english speaking guests to follow. tje itinerary was supposed to be 4 stops it became 3 stops only where we just passed by Valladolid. so this is a disappointment. bring umbrella to chichen itza it so hot unless you want to rent one - every move here requires payment. the lunch buffet go straight to the eat all you can tacos which will make it worth it
