It took about 4 hours from Malaga to Gibraltar one way due to excessive waiting times at various pick-up points and the route chosen. Others were joining the minibus tour, but we were informed that our package did not include it, and no such option was available when booking. The free time was less than stated but still acceptable, though I would recommend taking the bus ourselves. By the way, the tour guide did not provide information about the sights, and the cost essentially only covered the bus fare.

The guide was incredibly kind and meticulously guided customers to ensure they didn't stray. The border control line was also friendly and offered good value for money.

The journey took about 3.5 hours, and we stopped at around 7 or 8 places to pick up passengers, so about an hour was spent waiting. We only had 4.5 hours in Gibraltar, which really wasn't enough time. We met at almost 7 AM, arrived in Gibraltar at 10:30 AM, and left at 3 PM. Then we had to drop off the passengers at those 7 or 8 pick-up points before returning to Malaga. On the way, we passed through Marbella, which felt very much like a holiday destination.

Rock tour included (mandatory). It took too long to pick up other people at 10 different locations on the way from Malaga and then drop them off at the same spots. Everything else was good.

Terrible travel organization. We arrived in Gibraltar and the guide offered to buy a sightseeing tour for 38€. As a result, we waited for the tour bus for an hour. I thought it would take about 2 hours, but we left at 7 AM and arrived at 10:30 AM. It took 3 and a half hours because we stopped at various places... and then the return time was 3 PM. Still, since getting there without a rental car would be a headache, I guess this was the only way, but it was very disappointing.

The tour guide in Malaga, Spain, was terrible! When I reported to him at the meeting point and presented my KLOOK voucher, he said, "I don't understand." However, the voucher clearly listed the destination and Voucher no. KLK8529081170 in English. When I tried to communicate with him in English, he then said, "You are not on the list." We believed him and inquired with other tour guides nearby, but they were not KLOOK agents. We called the local KLOOK service provider, but they were not open yet. At that time, other tour groups had already departed, and only Julia Travel's bus 9443 JMG remained at the meeting point. We approached the Julia Travel guide again, and he reiterated that we were not on his passenger list and told us to call the agent. We replied that we had already called, but the company was not open. Only then did he reluctantly flip through his list and found our names on the second page. He even lied, saying we hadn't booked for the meeting point at Avenida de Andalucia n/n, Caixa Bank. During the four-hour drive to Gibraltar, he didn't arrange any restroom breaks and didn't introduce the history or attractions of the destination; he only promoted optional self-funded tours. After crossing the border on the return journey from Gibraltar, when we asked him for the restroom location, he vaguely pointed towards Burger King, where there were actually no restrooms. We had to walk 150 meters to a shopping mall to find a public toilet! In conclusion, we were extremely disappointed to encounter such a terrible guide. He might even have some prejudiced thoughts. If we had believed him that morning that we weren't on the list and left without repeatedly questioning him, what would have been the consequences? I would never recommend anyone to join this tour and will share this unpleasant experience on other travel websites!
